Did we ever get a list from Miss Tarvi of who has gone missing or any other information, or are we just meeting these people to figure all that out... if the later the first question of the cook would simply be We understand that some of the staff have gone missing, as you know your employer cares for your well being, and wants to ensure that all employees are safe. Do you know who is missing?

This whole part has me at a bit of a brain stand still sorry about the lack of posting.
"We want to help sir, Miss Tarvi has been good to us."
He managed to say without too wry a smile.
"But we are concerned about the disapearances. Do you know anyone who may have a lead on whats happened? I would hate to take work and then find one of my two mates here missing the next day."

Side bar. Dont forget that you have other folks you can speak with
. They were all the usual sorts. Footmen, various servemts, and a couple guards. They did all the usual duties. Nothing special. All of them disappeared after work.
. Who might have a lead. I'd probably talk to the steward if you can. He tends to keep track of the comings and goings of the staff.

Continuing to speak with staff...
They went missing after work, did they all live in the same part of town, or did they live in different places. Were there any signs that they made it home before disappearing, or signs of struggles?

I do not have the book with me with the map...but fill in the blank with the area of the city where the lower class live...not squalor but not of many means
_____. Most people not of nobility live there, at least those that do not have the privilege of living in a home as part of their compensation He is clearly proud to be one of those.

in the interest of the game not bogging down even more...in a nutshell you learn that there is an area on the way back from the manor that seems to be where the attacks are taking place, and they seem to be random. Sir Barksalot returns carrying naught but a red colored fish
You know where the attacks seem to occur, how wopuld you like to proceed?[/ooc]

No, sorry, that is a herring. I think you have been fed a false clue to throw you off Queen Mittens real trail. In the meantime, would you like to join us, we have an evening stroll planned for the city tonight? Heading to the _____. quarter.

1d100 ⇒ 72 Miro does find a couple of halflings, who do not live in the area, but are sent by their owners to clean some of the buildings whenever someone leaves town or dies or whatever...almost like a low rent apartment building.
They tell you that the word on the street is that you do not want to be out between the hours of midnight and 2 am. More often than not if you are you don't come back.

Taking a more active role in questioning, the young noble would simply knock door to door. Asking any who answered the doors what they knew of the problem about folks disapearing. If any asked he would merely mention he was part of an avant guarde group of young nobles who sought to improve the city through overseeing the welfare of the common folk.

"I suppose we could swing through here and do a cleansing if need be. It is what the torchbearers should be doing at least. I just feel like we are missing something you know?"
He grumbled to the others after not finding out near as much as he would like. He would have thought his popularity as an actor or the new champion of s+&~ hole bar fights would have been worth a bit more amongst the populace. Maybe Tarvi was on to something about there being other ways than fighting to gets folks attention. thoughts for later he supposed.

"Why do the plans always seem to have me as bait?"
He grumbled and shook his head with a sigh. No wonder Miss Tarvi woudlnt consider him as serious marraigible material he wasnt liable to be around long.
"Although its as good as plan as any it seems."
