For once he didnt hold some weird abstract bad feeling about the things they were doing. He did have some idea that this wasnt going to be easy and that there was a good chance they would have to just destroy them with the light thingy, but perhaps trying to help these folk would make miss Tarvi less.... grouchy.
"We will do what we can to help you folks, follow us, stay quiet and please understand our caution."
He began letting the other two lead while he brought up the rear... in case they tried to flee or attack them in the open.

"I dont know if I like Tarvi anywhere near them..."
He paused looking at the nearest 'sunlight' challenged person as Miro called them with a slight shrug.
"It will have to do for now I guess."
Hew paused in his steps and covered his face with his hand suddenly.
"So like where did she find all you folk? Did you uh work in one of the nearby houses or anything?"

MiniGM |

All of us work at nearby noble houses, everyone lives here, or hereabouts. She would just grab us off the street on our way home, a new one almost every night.
Now that you get a closer look, these are definitely the missing people, and ones that had not been reported yet.
Are you just going to give them a room in the hideout?

Exxor |

I don't know anything about vampires - what if feeding them completes the transformation? Lets check with Miss Hippa and Miss Tarvi before we do anything further. If they think it is ok, then I like the idea!

![]() |

"well we discovered what was happening to the folks disapearing. Perhaps that will Make Tarvi happy. I could use less ... hostility for a while you know?"
He said still watching their uh... rescuee's and reaching up to dab at his neck where he was bitten.

Exxor |

b]Yes Tram, we discovered what was happening, but now we have to figure out why... Miro, before you wander off what did you find in vampire lady's room?[/b]
We will dig through the info collected once the group of victims gets settled.

MiniGM |

Hippa snags them and starts looking at them. I would not drink these...they will hurt you, unless you happen to be one of the undead!
[ooc] all potions of Inflict light wounds[ooc]
She glances at the journal, Bah this is not for me. Go ask Tarvi to read this. Maybe she wants to read this emo crap
She begins to file away the potions then she stops...What have you been up to? Who were all those people you just brought in here?

![]() |

Tramtris looked to the sometimes volatile gnome he had saved his life more than once with her healing words and trinkets and just sort of shrugged.
"Tarvi sent us to find some of the missing workers at her cousin's estate. Some of those folk are now vampires? Vampire spawn. They don't want to be so i felt morally obligated to give it chance they can be saved..."
He added sounding defensive. For the love of well her love he hoped Tarvi would view this in a good way.

Exxor |

They did not want this, have not fed, and still seem to have goodness in their hearts. Vahnwynne knew she could only be redeemed one way, but we believe there is hope for these people. Please do what you can. I believe in you. Exxor speaks slowly, softly, but their is a strength to his voice as he addresses Hippa.
Now, lets take this book to Miss Tarvi and see if she can help with it and with them.

MiniGM |

You drop the book on Tarvi's desk, she flips through it and looks at Tram
OK spill it! I don't seen and damage...wait a minute, why do I smell perfume on you?
Hippa ponders. Well I can't say that I know how to fix them, I mean that is clearly the job for a god...I am not even sure which one...I mean I know which one not to...we would really have to leverage the good deeds we have done and hope they have heard about them. You have my support
Ex lemme know how you want to proceed in trying to figure this mess out

Exxor |

Thank you Miss Hippa, I have always been able to count on you, and it is truly appreciated! Exxor also tells Hippa of Vahnwynne Malkistra, and true depth of the impact the vampire woman had on him. He knows that he could not save her life, and prays she was redeemed with her sacrifice. Saving these people would be like saving her...
So Miss Hippa, please... what can we do? What priests do we need to see and is it possible to prevent them from completing their transformation?
Tram is on his own... Running around with Miro is one thing, but crossing Miss Tarvi....oh that is another! I am crazy, not crazy stupid!!! As for the daylight challenged refugees... Exxor will try to convince Miss Hippa to explain what would need to be done, or who would need to be convinced... and try to find out what can be done - if anything.

Half ripping his shirt down he pointed to the two perfectly placed teeth marks in his neck.
"Because i was almost some vile creatures meal ticket searching for your cousins workers which i think we found.... "
He grew quieter and continued mumbling lower.
"course probably vamprie spawn now and not really saved."
He went on to explain their latest adventure doing super great things trying to help people.Miro and Exxor no doubt to help people, he tried to paint it like he was about helping people ... though it was really like 60/40 trying to get into Tarvi's good graces/helping people for him. He continued on explaining that now they had a lot of half vampires that they were trying to see if they could save. The moment he said that of course he snapped his mouth shut. He had been trying to keep Tarvi as far from them as he could. He didnt want to risk her.

MiniGM |

Miro actually has to coax most of them into drinking the blood, they seem revolted by it, but desperate. There are lots of tears afterwards.
Hippa frowns, and ponders. We are certainly in the wrong city for this aren't we...one of the gods that seek good in the world, but are not too dedicated to doing things as they have always been done…[/b] let me know if that is too vague a clue
Tarvi listens closely. So you decided not to kill the vampires, got yourself bitten by one...for me? she asks Tram levelly.

Exxor |

Well, let me think about my knowledge of the gods. Pharasma only handles them after they are dead... Desna has no interest in this, I follow Abadar, and unless we found a way to market the solution... ahhh. Calistria would not be concerned, other than that we gave the vampire lady payback... what about the Sun godess. THe irony is not lost on me, but don't they like to redeem the fallen and slay undead - wouldn't they be thrilled to undo this? Exxor muddles through is limited experiences with clergy and temples along the caravan routes. What if we go looking for one of them? He asks Hippa.

With a sigh of a man who is starting to feel like he is a fool once more He nodded then added his voice to it.
"Yes. I care for you, i've said it who knows how many times, If I didnt want you to want me too I would have given up long ago. No matter. We have to figure out if there is a way to well return them to normal. Left Exxor and Hippa on that. "

MiniGM |

Return them to normal...interesting. Let me check my library...I don't know that that has ever been done before.
She vanishes into her small back room and starts flipping through books...Tram did not get yelled at or smacked or reprimanded...must be love!
Research will have to be done...ie time. Though Exxor might have a plan. IS there anything you want to do before you return to the house to report your success?

![]() |

Let me check my list. hmmm... making out with Tarvi? Check that happened totes. New armor for less ruined shirts? hmm later. So nope reporting all good.
"well then... that was strange not hit once. I'm either in good graces or out completely. Let's go Ser Barksalot. Time to get you a nice bone eh?"
He began with a smirk leaving to find the others.

MiniGM |

Barksalot bounds after Tram
CAn it not be the type of bone I got earlier tonight please?
You find yourselves in the presence of the lord of the manor.
So I understand that you have some news to report as to the whereabouts of my missing servants?
She looks highly irritated to be speaking with you, clearly there are other "more important" things on her mind than servants.

![]() |

Of course Ser Barksalot is with us, he was a primary componant of the hunt.
"Indeed m'am I am afraid we did discover the outcome of your poor servants.Terrible thieves and cutthroats assaulted them in the nights and tried to make it look like "shadowmonsters" got them. We dont believe your household will be comprimised further, we gave the culprits a good thrashing.
He offered the woman trying to remember what he knew of the houses and if there was any way they could turn this into their advantage further. He hadnt been as up to date on the gossip amongst his peers it would seem however.

MiniGM |

She sighs. So they are dead. Well that will be a pain. It is so hard to find even a mediocre servant these days. How about you peck. Interested in a new job? She asks Miro, Barksalot growls.
