Sorry everyone I have been given an extra workload right now and my insomnia has been kicking my butt. So I have been trying to catch up on sleep and can now understand why sometimes you can't get posts up. Please forgive me and I will have us caught up soon!

This is a message I'm putting up in most of the games I'm in here on the forums. I feel bad about having to do this, but I'm dropping many of the games I'm in on here--pretty much everything that's been moving at a good clip. Life's become very hectic lately, and I don't see things calming down any time soon. Between everything that's been happening, my focus has been spent elsewhere, and I'm just not able to put in the time and effort to keep up with play-by-post right now.
I've enjoyed all the games I've been in here, and it's a lot of fun. You all put it in a ton of effort and excitement, and I'd love to do the same, but right now I'm not able to do that on a regular basis. It would be unfair of me to keep going dark for days or weeks at a time, but I don't think I'll be able to avoid that for a while, and I need to focus on other things right now. I'm really sorry about having to do this, but life has reared its ugly head, and I hope you all understand.
Again, I've enjoyed my time with you all, and hope that you continue to have great gaming in the future. I look forward to the day when I can return to these boards and join new games, and maybe even play with some of you again. But for now, I have to part ways from you all.

Fixed GM, I have put here where she could have got to in s strait line with line of sight, I know better then to go against the words of the God GM :)
Ok yep at the time the door things did move things alone, we can just say there was a crack and she could see the other side.
So limits on her Shift ability is, strait line + Must have line of sight + must have a gap to get thought. If the way is impervious she cant shift throw it.

To everyone in my games, if I get snippy or upset, please say something to me. Between work, lack of sleep, and tinnitus coming on sunday, I feel like a bear who's been woken up in mid january. I'm trying hard not to get snippy with people, but I'm not perfect. I feel like I've got a dog whistle going off in my eardrum all the time.

Sorry everyone, I have been rather busy this week and dead tired. I actually got some good sleep on Thursday, I crashed from 4 p.m. to about noon on Friday. Then Halloween showed its ugly head and life sucked me away again. Yes it was a long week. I am just catching up and hope to keep things going smoothly this weekend and the days following. Please forgive me and on with the games.

As you should know by now, I'm going to Kuwait for two weeks and leaving today. This week has been very hectic between work, preparing for the trip, and having my work laptop bricked by our IT folks yesterday afternoon (and spending 6 hours getting data off the drive and resetting the OS).
I will try to get a post up on all games today before I go, but it will likely be this weekend before I can post, assuming I can do so from the hotel in Kuwait. I'll also be on Kuwait time, so likely I will only get a post or two up a day due to time differences.
I'll be back to US time in two weeks.
Sorry folks I have been out of it with lots of RL stuff going on, let alone working long hours and trying to get enough sleep. Also I have been having some troubles with my internet provider. I hope to be around more.

Yep, combat has slowed somewhat... hoping it will pick up after we get to the point where posting once a day won't completely derail the GM's ability to understand what's happening in the combat.

I can forgive you Aannra and I need to ask for forgiveness too. I have been really busy with work, family, friends, and commitments. You know Real Life, it does get in the way and I should have more time to get a post in each day at least.
On a better note, hurrah, I actually have work! A few part time jobs and substituting have occupied much of my time and trying to catch up on lack of sleep due to the work.

Friday, 4PM : Collapse in bed
Saturday : Run around doing everything I thought I had 4 days off to do.
Sunday : Repeat running around, collapse, sick and coughing. Take nyquil
Monday : 2:30AM, get up and get ready for 5AM flight.
Monday : 4:15AM, realize I left laptop at house, no computer, call wife, arrange to have it overnighted.
Monday : 7AM, Get on connecting flight to Calgary, wait 90 minutes on tarmack
Monday : Noon Calgary time : Land Calgary
Tuesday : Noon, laptop arrives
Tuesday : 3:15PM : Post this message
I'll try to get something up tonight, but no promises. I'll be back in the states again Thursday Night, so if not tonight, Friday. Sorry again.
