@Edo: It would have been nice had your guy thanked Reveka for the healing (healed Edo twice: once in and once out of combat) and the ability damage healing. I'm not scary to RP with. ;p

You are correct! Sorry, despite playing since I was 10 (I'm north of 40), the "RP" part of RPG has always been my weak skill. It should be stronger in this medium. Sometimes I pop on and dash off a post then run to work and don't give it the attention it deserves.

As long as Maffei is around, I think the bow is appropriate with her. Edo could certainly use it but it would merely be a plan B such as if (when!) a dragon appears, as Uhe said.

Just a courtesy heads-up: The Easter long weekend in Oz will be a busy one with me hosting extended family, My posts will be sporadic at best until my Monday/your Sunday when things should calm down enough that I have time to get on the boards and post. This will start from tomorrow (Good Friday in the southern hemisphere). Thanks for your understanding. :)

My apologies to our newer players, who are playing their hearts out, but this is just taking way too long. Admittedly, I started this game to accommodate the slower players amongst my friends, but checking in only every few weeks just ain't going to cut it. I can't bring myself to stay interested when it takes two weeks to get through one turn of combat.

I can't argue with your point, and I don't see my rate getting any better any time soon. Too many real life issues tugging at me all the time. And as I recall, you have mostly moved onto 2e, correct?

I do want to thank you for your patience and your game - it was quite enjoyable. I just wish I could have given more consistent attention.

I enjoy playing Reveka and I’m sorry the pace is killing your enthusiasm and motivation for the game (although I understand it). (For me, the month of April has been slower posting as it's been extremely busy with two Easters, my birthday, my brother's birthday (tomorrow) and taking care of my son who had COVID. It's not indicative of me losing interest in the game, just so you're aware.)

I’d like to continue, if it’s at all possible - maybe bring in some additional new players with the expectation of a more consistent posting rate? The existing players who don’t wish to continue due to time constraints can be written out and the remaining plus new players may continue?

As much as I also am (have?) gravitated to PF2e, I would echo Reveka's sentiments.

I know my posting rate has waned over recent time and I apologize for that. My intent was to see this campaign through to the end and then not pick up another one, knowing that life's demands have changed since we started this game back in March 2017 (5 years!).

I don't know how close we are to the end but I would like to see it through if you can hang on to the finish line. I will do my very best.

I'm going to say that during combat, if one of the slower posters don't post within a day, the next day we bot them to keep the game moving (as the GM has stated).

For Brandor and Edo, I personally don't know how you like to play your character in combat. Can you give us some instruction on how you would generally act so we can bot you in the manner you like to play your character? This would help us rather than us second guessing what you'd do. Thanks!

Edo believes violence is usually the answer when it comes to the enemy. If there are non-violent actions to take that will later assist his violence, he will do approximately one of those before resorting to force. Any more than those and he will need to be convinced.

Vanilla stats:
Attack: 1d20 + 8 (two-handed
Damage: 2d6 + 4
Perception: +8

Tools of violence:
- Greatsword +8 (2d6+4/19-20)
- Wyrmsmite - a famous +2 dragonbane transformative longsword
- Flame of Sarkoris (Greatsword) +8 (2d6+4/19-20)
- This is a +1 flaming burst Greatsword. Once per day, the sword can blast forth a fiery ray at any target within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. The ray deals 4d6 points of fire damage on a successful hit.

Sincere apologies for my lack of presence on the board. I developed a severe eye infection in my left eye last week that grew worse and I had to go into hospital. I'm back home now, but with an eye patch, on bed rest. So, being in front of a comp for any length of time isn't the best for me. I'll be back to usual posting from Monday 27th (hopefully sans eye patch). GM, please bot Reveka where/when necessary for the remainder of this week. Thanks kindly.

Thank you for botting Edo, Reveka. I've been busy the last couple weeks as a third attempt at that big exam came and went this past Monday. I was awake for 22 of the 24 hour exam window and failed again.

Fourth time's a charm. I'll be doing it again in September.

Hey, I failed the bar exam twice and now I'm doing well. So hang in there!

I'm going to try and backtrack, because I think Brandor is out of spells and channels, but if he has either it will help. Anyone happen to know what post would represent the last time we got rested?

I imagine it was when you left the Tomb. You didn't say so specifically, but I'm okay with assuming you rested up at that point.

Good news - while many of my spells are cast, I do still have 6 channels left where I thought I had none. I will start spamming them to heal everyone, and will damage the monk as well. I don't have selective channeling, but it shouldn't hurt us here.

Complications with my eye situation. Looks like I'll be seeing an ophthalmologist for possible surgery on my left eyelid. Sorry I've been MIA, but I'm trying to limit my exposure on the comp and trying to rest up. I hope to be back to some kind of regular posting possibly around my Sunday (your Saturday) until I hear whether I need to get the surgery. I'll let you guys know more once I know. I took a nasty spill over the weekend and busted my face and both thumbs up. This is on top of the never ending virus and eye situations. I'm on strong meds which make me drowsy/sleepy and I'm not lucid enough to read and make posts at the moment. Every game I'm in at the moment is in some kind of combat, and I just can't keep up. :/ Can someone please bot Reveka in this game, for the remainder of this week? Thanks kindly.
