If no one did anything on purpose, that might have been me accidentally moving the shapes as I figured out how to zoom in... did not realize I could affect the map that way - embarrassed.

Okay. Let me know if you need any information about how to manipulate the map.

The maps do generally support undo too - I have learned that Ctrl-Z is my friend when I accidentally move the background instead of my icon, etc.

Hey everyone.. sorry for my delay in posting. We're 2 weeks into our stay here at the hotel in Germany. We've chosen a house and will be moving into our place in a little over 2 weeks. Can't wait to get this toddler back into his own room.

Liam's inexperience prevents him from better preparing with obtaining potions/silver sling bullets, etc. After his first foray, things will be different.

Speaking of Throny. I haven't seen him in a while. I hope he's ok.

Well, two weeks ago he said he'd be moving into a new house in 2 weeks, so maybe he's just really busy.

Hi all, sorry again. We did just get our keys today and our household goods don't arrive until Monday. Also, Germans aren't pressed to hook up utility services for people so we won't have internet service until mid-May. Great.

In the meantime, we're still here in the hotel over the weekend. Sorry for my lack of posting. I'm still in this thing, we're just swamped in new job, old job, old house, new house, new language.

It's not just my online life I've been neglecting. I haven't called my own mother in a week and a half! :)

Back? Great. I'm surprised that the Germans aren't all uber-efficient in hooking up your utilities.

Yeah, I had the same thought. Turns out their workmen aren't great at keeping appointments, either. In the few weeks I've been here, I've had two co-workers be stood up for a plumber and an electrician each after taking time off to meet them. When I come back to the States some day, I must remember the customer service experience I had in both the UK and here. Some companies will charge you for missing an appointment if you're not at your home, but they won't offer anything for the time off you lost when they're no-shows.

Also, it's nearly impossible to get telephonic customer service to admit they know English when you know it's been compulsory education for a really long time. I get that I'M the foreigner, but they never covered mobile phone website activation vocabulary terms in the 3 years of German I took in the 90s!

I would have thought the grappled condition would preclude using the bow, "...you can take any action that doesn't require two hands." in PHB.

Rules are, however, guidelines, and I defer to the DM's ruling.
