If any of you have a mid-level wizard or other spellbook-based arcane caster in PFS, in the mid-level range, check out WIZARDS WANTED in the Friday noon-5pm slot for PaizoCon Online. The GM is putting together an all-spellbook casting party specifically to give PCs a chance to swap spellbooks and cheaply scribe spells. Wizards, arcanists, maguses (magi?), eldritch scoundrel rogues, etc. would all work. The scenario will be 3-7 TBD based on what the players haven’t played yet.

No, not at all - I finished up that book, so I can give you the chronicles.
Just give me your character details (you don't have to apply the credit to the character you are playing because of the AP rules). We will need at least 4 that want (or at least will accept) them to make a "table", but otherwise no problem.
Give me you paizo ID, faction, character name, and any downtime roll, I can generate these pretty quick.

I think you did. It looks like the sanctioned part is only Part 3, and you came in not long after I did at the beginning of this. So I think it is safe to say you covered more than 2/3 of the content.
The chronicle is subtier 6-8.
Gold will be 11,787, and 3 XP and 4 Prestige/Fame.
I have an L4.2 character that I'd like to apply this to; my understanding is that he won't get the benefits until he reaches L6, but he'll shortly be getting a GM chronicle for Part 2 of Dragon's Demand, so one more scenario after that will take him to L6 (and then immediately to L7, when he gets credit for this). Does that work?

More seriously, I would be sorry to see you go. We had a very good dynamic together, and you were a great addition into the group, as a roleplayer and a fighter. I guess this kind of Cluedo whodunnit part of the game isn't too much enjoyable for your character, whose in-game options are limited.
Could you think about it a few days?
I'm with Vivian (on the second paragraph at least, ha ha).
If it is the content that is getting you down, can you hang on until we get to something a little more combat centric? Or perhaps the GM could even let you respec as a slayer or another Frontline class with a little more utility for this kind of thing?
It probably doesn't help for me to say I have felt the same way on and off, but in regards to Sophie as a character. I keep going back and forth, though, and right now I'm on a roll.
A scene is exactly the wrong thing to threaten me with. ;)
And it's not so much the type of events that are happening - I pride myself on being able to RP in any environment. It's just that I'm having a really hard time investing myself into the character. Again, no one's fault but my own.

More seriously, I will join Vivian and Sophie in suggesting that you take a few days to think it over.
For what it's worth, I've had a hard time focusing on any of my PbP games since we were stuck at home in mid-March. This is the direct opposite of the reaction I expected to have, but the transition to working at home eliminated the interstitial time (my commute, solo lunches, etc.) that was my prime play-by-post time. Also, every time I think I'm starting to adjust to the situation, some new development in the pandemic or other news grabs my attention and makes it harder for me to keep up (for example, the mass protests and violence throughout Chicago and most major cities over the last few days). I briefly considered backing out of all of my games, but I knew I would regret it later, and even now these games are an important retreat for me when everything else is brimming over with awful.
Finally, I hope you reconsider because I have enjoyed playing at the imaginary table with you (and everyone here), I think Silas is a terrific character, and I'll miss having you around.
Hey all - I certainly don't want anyone to feel like the game is a chore! So, if you think it is a character issue, you are always welcome to change out a character. If it is a campaign issue, and you can give me some direction, I am happy to adjust. This is definitely more of a sandbox section of the campaign, and that can be tough for a lot of people. It is even tougher in PbP, I think, although I think you all are doing pretty good with it. But if the general consensus is to speed things along, that might be possible.
And if, in the end, you still feel you must depart, Silas, we will certainly miss you. But this is entertainment, so if it isn't doing it for you, no worries here - you do what works best for you. Attrition in PbP AP games is certainly nothing new :)

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling with Silas'. I concur with everyone else's suggestion to give it a few days, but I understand where you are coming from.
I'm not going to lie, I've also been struggle busing with all of my play by posts. Part of it is, I'm a different person than I was starting this game, (It's been 5 years!?!) so my free time and priorities are different. Tara is a very different character from what I'm used to playing, and at times I don't feel like I can contribute a lot to either downtime or combat, but I am working on trying to change that.
I think we're also in a stretch of the module that's harder to manage in PbP, especially for combat characters. The combination of sandbox and social is much harder to get back into after a day or two away, IMO, than a fight would be.
Do you know when we'll get those Chronicles?
