Ha! Well, he is a LG cleric after all! I'll roll initiative and get a quick post up tonight. Basically Verdan got in a surprise attack to open the melee. Again, you're roughly 50' away from the demon as described, though I'll try and get a map up when I make the post.

I'm traveling through next Tuesday so after my post and (hopefully) map update, I won't be posting until then - so you all will have plenty of time to figure out strategy!

Man I really want this to work but the to hit is just too low and the saves suck gah I am getting upset at trying to make something good for the group and good with damage as a front line fighter and keep elements of my build.

Sorry you're having a rough time, Morgrym. Just make a character you enjoy playing. Don't worry about coming up with the ultimate damage dealing character or anything like that. The game is meant to be fun, and stressing about creating the best possible build doesn't sound fun to me!

By the way, I'm planning to level everyone's character sheet up sometime this weekend, at which time we will start Round 1 (if everyone has posted by then.)

Morgrym, if you're still struggling then, feel free to go with your current character. The party will likely need a fighter type to deal with the demon if you're going to battle it out!

Just wanted to let you know I'm still around, just busy at work (October 15th deadline for extended taxes is nigh!) Between that and trying to get my entire October work calendar finished up in the first two weeks of the month (I'm taking a two-week vacation for the latter half of October), it's been pretty busy for me of late, and I'm frankly kinda drained by the time I get home.

So that said, I'm going to give myself a break for the rest of October, and will plan to resume posting around November 6th or thereabouts. I might sneak a post in before then, just don't want to pressure myself to do so, and if indeed I'm just absent until that first week of November I wanted you all to know why.

Hey Aurora! Where is your character sheet exactly? The one in the PM is too tough for me to try and sort through. I really need you to create a standard character sheet like the ones we used to use on the WoG board, OR the ones here on the Paizo board.

On the artificer class there is this line

Many infusions have long casting times, often 1 minute or more. An artificer can spend 1 action point to imbue any infusion in 1 round (like a spell that takes 1 round to cast).

I know 3.5 doesn't have action points, is this possible to be translated to 3.5? Many of the infusions require 1 minute ( so 10 rounds ) to cast.

If not then no biggy, I just want to know what she can do

About that magic item detection, that would work if Aorora could have cast Magic item, instead she has that Artificer Knowledge skill. She does however have the identify in her spell list
