The heroes must infiltrate the ruined temple of an ancient giant god and defeat the Storm Tyrant’s lieutenant to prevent the warlord from gathering an even larger army. Within the cathedral, the adventurers also discover a powerful artifact that they must reactivate before they can make use of its magic.

If you had the hand, yeah, would Agrimosh become large? And then, if you use it's ability to become Large, would it then become Huge? Huge damage from Agrimosh would be nice!

Go ahead and take the boots. The other items seem interesting but not for this character. The scale mail is too restrictive on dex. The longspear is pointless without the hand. Pass as well with the items unless we want to keep the hand just in case something happens. Sell everything else once we find a town that will take it.

Apologies, was very busy this weekend; we had some friends down our way this weekend. Khari is all leveled up the major changes:

Staff of Order: At 8th level, you can give a weapon touched the axiomatic special weapon quality for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 your cleric level. You can use this ability once per day at 8th level, and an additional time per day for every four levels beyond 8th.

Might of the Gods: At 8th level, you can add your cleric level as an enhancement bonus to your Strength score for a number of rounds per day equal to your cleric level. This bonus only applies on Strength checks and Strength-based skill checks. These rounds do not need to be consecutive.

Languages gained: Learned Goblin due to taking a point in linguistics.

Ability score added to charisma

Dragonbane on the bow sounds like a great idea. It would balance the favored enemy giants out so I have good to hits against both. Plus bane is only a +1 equivalent so it is relatively cheap.

Perhaps craft weapons and armor will be my next feat.

Getting a giants bane crossbow or staff sounds like a good idea, and putting dragons bane on Kurags bow just makes sense honestly.

The hard part is knowing how much down time we have to craft. Some campaigns just don’t make it worthwhile. In this case though it would take only 6 days.

Can take the quicker crafting wizard feat at 10th, if i remember correctly.

Arcane builder would shave 25% of the time to craft any arms and armor, can do those two back to back if needed.

A lot of campaigns forget that crafting can happen "on the road" as well!

Yeah, just slows it down by 400%, but can be done. And since Ondek is fully prepared to carry a forge (prelit and ready even) via shrink item, that is easy enough to do.

It just helps campaigns where folks are on the road a lot to at least know that option exists.

These are in fact magical beasts, and under Wild Empathy, it has 'The typical domestic animal has a starting attitude of indifferent, while wild animals are usually unfriendly.'

I have looked and I cannot find what the starting attitude of magical beasts is. Anyone know? Theses have an Int score of 11 if that makes a difference...

I am tending towards hostile since this is the description in the bestiary:

Perytons hunt any creature weaker than themselves, but prefer humanoid prey, as they particularly relish the taste of such creatures’ still-beating hearts.

Perytons loathe all other creatures, even their own kind...

I would go with unfriendly normally but with that description it would make sense for you to adjudicate hostile. Of course now that you give that description Kurag is willing to just kill them or let them be. They don’t seem suitable to be mounts or allies.

Readied attacks are triggered by the declared action.

If a feat or other ability allows the target to ignore AoO, that is separate from the readied attack.

Simple test: if a ranged attack readied would work, a melee attack should also work.

Agree, as long as it is in reach the ready will go off. Nothing I know of bypasses a ready action.

I'd say Kurag is the best recipient. Between that and heroism, that's +3 to.all your skill checks, and you'll be making the most of them id guess.

Hey everyone just a recruitment post in all my games. We lost a paladin and an archer in my wrath of the righteous campaign and also lost our frontline duo in reign of winter campaign.

The wrath of the righteous characters are in book 4 and are 13th level mythic tier 5.
The Reign of Winter characters are in book 5 and about to be level 14.
