I am running multiple games in 3 different rules systems, but the only time I really got confused/flustered was when I tried to run 3 tables of the Starfinder 1-01 The Commencement. I couldn't keep track of who was doing what and when. I decided no more simultaneous tables of the same scenario. It's bad for my mental health.

I ran two tables of PFS2 1-10 simultaneously, and I had no problems keeping track of the tables.
One thing in my favor was that one table was intentionally fast, and the other table was intentionally slow, so aside from a few days at the beginning, the two tables weren't doing the same thing at the same time. But other than extra vigilance at the beginning, the only thing I did differently was to keep a very detailed spreadsheet of what everyone was doing.
It was actually no worse than running two tables in series. I had trouble keeping my two back-to-back runs of PFS1 5-08 mentally separate, at one point using the wrong character names in a post.

I'm the opposite. I ran Heroes for Highdelve at least a dozen times. I've The Confirmation almost that many. I've (obviously) run Quest 7 a bunch of times. I find that knowing a scenario front-to-back lets me be a lot more creative as a GM, and I can only get to that point by running something multiple times.

I can run the same scenario in person multiple times, but I have yet to run any scenario twice in PBP (except to cover for an AWOL GM.) I am clearly going to have to start making exceptions for that, because I need to milk 2-00 Fate of the Scoured God for all that it is worth if I am ever going to collect enough SFS specials.

I think the main reason that I don't want to repeat in PBP is that I want to avoid the temptation of using my previously composed posts as a template for the adventure. Sure some things -- monster attacks, box text, etc should be the same, but no two parties go through an adventure the same way. I want to tailor NPC reactions to the players, and so I tend not to retread an adventure I GMed before in PBP.
SPecials though may be okay. The fast pace that we go through the encounters mean that I am customizing a bit less for my players anyway.
I guess what this all shows you is that all of us GMs work a bit differently in how we approach repeats.

And I am not Hmm. As such here are the table assignments for my 1-14 Lions of Katapesh
Though I need to find something to replace my annual Whimsical Master of the Fallen Fortress runs. I got Harsk right here...
Ok The many cats of the desert need your attention. So I have split up our happy pathfinders in the following teams.
The Lions Table
Katami Xailog
Toanthel
Kurnek Ruinmaker
Drizzic Kruhl

The Bears Table
Bigguyinblack

The Tigers Table

Go over and check in. Then plan is still to start Wednesday morning July 1. Though I will post the intro for character introductions before hand.

Not trying to step on GM Blake's toes here, but I'd also like to run Q2: Unforgiving Fire for levels 1–4. However, this will be run through Role Gate.
In order to play, it looks like you'll need to make an account on Role Gate. The service also has an app you can use to play making it a bit more mobile-friendly.
For recruitment, organization, and discussion I am using this thread on the Paizo Boards.
Taking the first 6 interested players, but I do not suggest this for first time PbP players unless they have used role gate before. The style of play will be very different than typical Paizo board games.

Okay, it's been a while and the RP bug is hitting really hard. I've not done PBP for a long while, and because of my new job, I haven't been able to get a good Pathfinder game from all the travel I do. I'll play mostly by mobile, and can do 1 to 2 posts a day.
Fresh Level 1 Evoker Wizard at your service!

I'll be starting a game for #1-05: Trailblazers’ Bounty. One of the earlier games, so the more experienced ones would likely have played already. Definitely welcome beginners, especially since this is only my 3rd PFS2E game I'm GMing. In fact, will reserve 2 spots for beginners.
I generally aim for one post a weekday, and one post over the weekend. Some variance caused by my work though; occasionally I may be able to post more frequently, but also sometimes I may disappear for a day or two. So beg your understanding.
If you're interested, please sign up at this link. I'll generally go by first come first serve for this game. (Will release the 2 slots reserved for beginners if there are fewer than that who signed up.)

Just need a couple more for quests #5, #7 and #9 and we can get started. These will be completed before Gencon in case you were holding characters back for that. Keep in mind these are all Tier 3-6 and you can play a pregen if you don't have a character in Tier.
Do you think there would be a chance it finishes in 2 weeks? I have one level 3 PC but I am playing them at a local convention that starts on the 17th.

I have 3 sign-ups so far, so seems most of played this. Will keep this up for a few more days, and hopefully get at least one more so we don't need a pre-gen.

I have a PC I specifically want to play this one, but he just started another PbP so sadly I have to pass this time. :(

I'd like to join with a sorcerer (undead bloodline). I still need to actually create the character, but will do so now and then add her to the sheet.

Guess my mix of quest choice and new service was poor. Postponing the trial of this service for the time being

Alright, sorry for taking a bit of time to get this up. Could the following players please check into the Discussion Thread for 1-05 Trailblazer's Bounty?

Relatively new to PFS2e but not to PbP, I want to run Escaping the grave as a PbP link
Aim for posting is once a day, I have been in PbPs which lingered then faded into nothingness after weeks. Never liked having my PCs being in a PbP forever, so I can post once a day minimum, but might post more often depending on players.

Hey there, I'm new to PSF and 2e but would love to give it a try!
I'm kinda experienced with 1e but has never played society and have played pbp a few times n.n
If you would like to take my (bigrin42) place on Tyranius' Flooded King's Court game, you are welcome to it. He is a great GM and works well with new players.

I made a set of slides to cover starting out in PbP and PFS2. They don't quite cover everything but they are fairly comprehensive for most things. You are welcome to look them over and extract what you need.
