I'd like to see where it gets our enemies. With bull's strength while raging Torgue could probably treat a human being like a baseball.

"It will not take me long to make use of them, that is true."
Cireladwen says, her voice seemingly calculating.
And I am pretty awesome. Desna, I may not have a lot of skills, but I love what I do.
She takes a long breath, looking back outside in what appears to be deep thought.
Brôg's jam will be most horrifying. I hope I am not privy to the stench. It would take a very long time to wash out. If it ever does. Come to think of it, his natural musk burns the nostrils, too. Perhaps a bath. From what I see, I may be able to convince him if alcohol is somehow involved.
He took a bath when he lept into the water to fight the Chuul.

You had 22 or 23 rounds to take whatever you wanted. If it's a limited time item (like bull str), you can take it on your turn.
RD 1: enforcers
Two men with light crossbows pop up from behind a sand dune and release their bolts at Cirelandwen.
bolt: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15;damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8
bolt: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (14) + 8 = 22;damage: 1d8 ⇒ 8
The only person who has a line of sight on the enemy is Cirelandwen since she stayed as lookout at the cave opening.
Cireladwen - I know you are flat footed and both shots would hit you, but only one does, since you have +2 cover with the cave opening.

Cireladwen |

Thanks!Great mothers and fathers! THAT HURT! Ach! What a cheap shot!
Despite the screaming in her mind, Cireladwen just gives a quick pained grunt and looks back at the party, a bolt sticking out of her shoulder.
"Hmmm... Yeah, enemies."

Chell Silves |

"Torgue, go get 'em", Chell says happily as she casts her spell. The barbarians muscles bulge once again with divine strength. Anything that stands in his way will not stand for long.
Bull's Strength on Torgue. Keep wand out.

Astrianna Sparacello |

Will start inspire courage next round when more people are in range for the damages or we actually see Bonegnaw. 5 rounds of it left, want to make it count.
Round 1
Astrianna looks at Cir with surprise, and then annoyance at the continued assault. "MORE crossbowmen?" Growling, she begins to run out of the cave, uncasing her bow. She yells back to the prisoners. "Stay here! We'll be back!"
Running across the beach she gets behind a sand dune. "Mellon, cover over here!" She yells before popping up to fire an arrow off at one of the annoying crossbow users.
Move action: 25' move to I32, into soft cover?
Standard Action: Longbow attack on crossbow P38
Longbow attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Cireladwen |

Well, technically, we're holing and the crossbowmen aren't. Their friends are probably holing though. There. Good compromise.
Cireladwen nods to Astrianna, ready to run to a position behind her.
Want to see about these... 'special friends'.

baldwin the merciful |

I'm not considering the beach difficult terrain; there are a few rubble tokens on the map like N:40 and O:38, these are the dunes of sand that offer +2 cover and those areas are difficult terrain.
Web can anchor to the cliff wall or cave opening, but the area on the beach is quite open so it's hard an anchor for the other end.
I've always thought the web spell was poorly designed with the anchoring requirements.

Smokestick
Price 20 gp; Weight 1/2 lb.
This alchemically treated wooden stick instantly creates thick, opaque smoke when burned. The smoke fills a 10-foot cube (treat the effect as a fog cloud spell, except that a moderate or stronger wind dissipates the smoke in 1 round). The stick is consumed after 1 round, and the smoke dissipates naturally after 1 minute.
I don't recall using one before but it looks pretty simple from the description. Move action to draw it, standard action to light it. The smoke fills the area with smoke which acts like fog.

Astrianna Sparacello |

Depending on what happens, may use a Grease around the area of the cave entrance next turn. Waiting for Sorrin and Torgue to close in first.

Embrianna |

I would consider any beach difficult terrain. Running in the sand sucks.
And I am sad about the anchoring for Web. I still got one unused, but the terrain isn't cooperating with my using my using it.
Unable to get to the men with her hexes yet, Bri decides to tap the new elf with her cure wand to help deal with the arrow she just took.
clw: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8

random: 1d5 ⇒ 4
random: 1d5 ⇒ 5
the enforces fire their crossbows taking aim at the men on the galley.
@capt

a bolt rips through the captain's leather piercing his shoulder.

Cireladwen |

Cireladwen readies another two arrows after murmuring what Embrianna can assume is a "thank you" in elven. She eyes her target and inhales.
Attack, Rapidshot at P38: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10 Fumble:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 No fumble!
Attack, Rapidshot: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22 Daño:1d8 + 5 ⇒ (7) + 5 = 12
Her first arrow slips from her fingers due to perspiration, but the second flies with typical grace.

Astrianna Sparacello |

Round 2
Astrianna peeks around her cover and concentrates on the crossbow of one of the men shooting at them, covering it in a sopping coating of buttery grease.
Standard action: Cast Grease on crosbowman's O40 crossbow, DC 15 reflex save now and every round it's used, failure is drop item.

Sorrin the Wayward |

Sorrin moves out of the cave and directly south, moving through dunes by the shore to arrive beside a crossbowman.
How's it going? What are ya' gonna do, right?
Q37. Scimitar/smokestick in each hand.

Chell Silves |

Chell scrambles around Cir and behind Astrianna, making for the dunes. She gets to the water's edge behind the dead Chull and goes prone.
Do nothing else for now. Not until Bonegnaw shows up. But cover plus prone should mean +6 to AC from ranged attacks.

baldwin the merciful |

Bri you can double move and get to near the ship, but you also remember that the capt had a few healing potions, and you probably think the folks on the beach will need the healing more.
The creature is large sized creature and it' tight for him to get out of the opening but the inside of the cave looks roomier (remember the map is bit off with the hex conversion)
