On a separate note, the spreadsheet has been updated. Actually, we're slightly more valuable then Aivar had calculated... I think maybe Aivar that you forgot that some items we had multiples of (like seven chain shirts), so I used the spreadsheet and calculated an liquidated value of approximately 7,118g each.
If you do purchase some magic gear in town, note that you pay full price at present. If you can wait a level, I intend on taking Craft Wondrous Items so we can make some nice gear at half price (though that would not include weapons, armor and other such gear that you might want).
If you do buy something, include the cost in row 3, which will subtract your value.
As for what you noted Aivar, the overpricing of certain items only remains a problem at lower levels. It's true that Nariel's Pearl of Power negatively impacts her over wealth draw on the communal pot, but as we grow in wealth and power it all washes out in the mix. I agree with you though Aivar, if somebody really needs something, they can go into the red if other players are okay with it in the short run. To keep things simple, I say we just go on a case by case basis.
PS: Aivar, I added your new digs and Nariel's jewelry. As for the wagon, I think that could be a shared cost by the group... seems to have benefit for us all.
Raquel, I did not add the Inspired Wisdom +2. That's one of those items we can make for half price in one level; if you want it now though, it's 4K.
P.S.S: Is it weird that I had fun going over the spreadsheet? Should I have been an accountant?

@Tristan - not a huge fan of swapping out slots like that, but I'm willing to allow it on a case by case basis. In this case, yes - provided that you don't then pick up a belt - or other item - of Str/Con.
