What is the DC again for the cold? How do we recover HP then? It occurs to me that if Nariel fails her save, at 8 damage she'll succumb to the cold (only 7 HP)
You have to be warmed up first before the damage can be healed. Raquel volunteers to share her bedroll with you... ;)
Fort DC 20. It's non-lethal so you'll (just) be unconscious - not great news for this fight, but not imminently lethal.
Whether you take Raquel's proposed solution is beyond the scope of your humble GM...

Gosh, that's one wicked c-c-cold front that's hitting us. It's that we're in combat, but the moment we see Nariel ailing we ought to use one of those heat stones to keep her warm - even if that means wrapping it in a bundle of furs to ensure it doesn't burn her. Figured I'd post it here, since we're in the midst of combat.

I suppose by now Tristan would have told the others some version of his actual reason for being in the group - essentially, that it's a punishment. Probably with a quip about "jokes on them, because I'm thoroughly enjoying myself!" or something. The rest of his history is pretty much an open book - he didn't have much in the way of secrets.
Beyond that, he'd mostly be singing and playing music to entertain others and himself.

Sasha's horror story is heading in a Nightmare On Elmstreet direction, whereas I feel like Tristan's was more of a "The Ritual" thing.
By the way, if you enjoy horror movies and haven't watched The Ritual yet, I highly recommend it.
Nariel requires warmth in order to recover the weather-inflicted nonlethal damage. It recovers at the rate of 1 point per hour, so it will take 8 hours of warmth to fully recover, but only 1 hour to regain consciousness.
What you do with the remaining 7 hours is up to you.
Will positive energy work once she is warm? If so, I can channel to make the process faster. Otherwise, I say we gather the radishes and camp here overnight.

You'll be relieved to know that the bad weather doesn't scale with level, so what is life-threatening at first level is no more than mildly inconvenient by level 3 or so.
