I just found a tab I had open on Friday but forgot to post, the PF Adventure Malevolence was 55% fulfilled as of Friday. I started looking at the Mwangi Expanse but had some other more pressing things grab my attention and I haven't been able to get back to it.
The release date for physical items is July 7th which is a week later than "usual" due to the logistic issues with customs we had for March, April, and May. I will check in with our warehouse folks, but I *think* we're on track for shipping subscriber stuff before the July 7th release date.

Don't get me wrong, not complaining! Shipping is both a hard and thankless job, and that's when you don't usually have to worry about being cooked alive inside the warehouse.
Maybe I can get toward the front of the line next month.

Make sure you are checking the right tracking site. This site should be the right one IIRC

Though in general the mail innovations packages tracking don't always update in a timely manner. Sometimes i don't see the tracking update until after it is at my door.
Heh. From the tracking page for my shipment, which supposedly was shipped last Friday: "If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper."
Not sure what Paizo can do about it. <shrug>

I did not. I suspect the subscriptions will go out today (rarely ever more than 1-2 days from when it authorizes)
Found my package on my doorstep this afternoon. Still no tracking data. And my PFS/SFS subs are still pending.
My package is still pending but it's a 12 item order so I was expecting that.
Edit: Ha! Five minutes after I posted they shipped it. Awesome!

Be happy your sub has shipped. I am still on pending for both. I will likely have to wait an additional 3 weeks for physical copies too.

PSH, My happiness is not determined by shipping date. Otherwise I would have been heart broken when a bunch of hero point tokens weren't shipped with a previous shipment and I had to wait a couple months for restocking.
My happiness is determined by having everything I ordered shipped at once though, and I am happy to report that it says my 3 PaizoCon hero point tokens are in fact shipping with this order :D
Everything arrived! Shipping never updated, but I had honestly figured it was going to be a bit late due to the heat wave.

It is not common, but does sometimes happen especially in months with lots of products and multiple warehouse closures (one for heat warnings and one for US holiday).

All of that is perfectly normal if your order hasn't actually shipped yet. When your order ships, your card is actually charged, the order status changes from Pending to Complete, and the PDFs for your subscription(s) are added to your downloads.
If your order status is other than Pending (or you don't even have an order in your order history) or if the Paizo folks say in this thread that they have finished shipping and this status hasn't changed, you should immediately start a Customer Service thread asking what is up with your order.
Just to add another point of information for Paizo, I received my shipment email on June 23. I received my products in the mail today, July 12. No tracking info was ever updated.

Just a heads up, globally, logistics and shipping have been particularly inconsistent lately. Shortages on equipment, staffing, supplies, etc, have been causing delays and other issues for retailers at the (US) domestic and international levels. We've noticed a drastic increase in the number of delayed packages and package that are missing their scans or tracking updates.
At this point, if your June items have not shipped and you do not know why, or you cannot make necessary adjustments on your order, please let customer service know via email.
If your item has not arrived yet, or is missing tracking, we ask that you give it an extra week past its expected delivery window in case it has just been delayed.
Lastly, several new changes are taking place for retailers and consumers with regards to how taxes (VAT, customs, retail sales, etc) are collected. Please pay attention if you are expecting a package from us, sometimes they end up at the recipient's local customs office or post office waiting on payment or verification for taxes.
