I got the email that it shipped on Saturday too, still can't track it yet though. Really eager to see when they'll be arriving.
I also got my shipping email on Saturday and my package was trackable as of this morning.

How far has it moved? :D Asking for a friend...

Please update for the new sets?

Thanks!

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Just got off the phone with CS and hopefully they will have it sorted out today.

Thanks Diego for the push, just wondering why it got flagged for Gen Con at all....

Thanks again!

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

@Diego don't worry about it, just got off the phone (Got off work early enough today to make the call!)

The woman on the phone was super helpful and it should be good now, hopefully

Thanks!

@Diego

You responded to my post https://paizo.com/threads/rzs42muk?No-Subscription-Shipping-Authorization-y et

Thanks, but it has been flagged for Gen Con pickup, I have never been to Gen Con and am NOT attending this year. I replied in that post with this information too...

Also 143 was not shipped in June and should be shipped with my subscription as well as the condition cards...

Seriously hoping his can get resolved, had a feeling something was off, this is going on 2 months of issues with my subscription....

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

There should NEVER have been a gen con pick up!!!!

I went to Paizo Con and picked up my may sub there, and then June did NOT ship and I contacted support to get June in with July.

I never requested a Gen Con pick up, I am not attending and have never attended. Please look again???

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

@Anyone in Customer Service (Diego?)

Still haven't seen an auth email go through, same issue that happened last month when my AP didn't send out. Still not seeing an order number.

Anyone available to take a look? Was hoping it would pop after the Gen Con auth's but no luck yet.

Thanks!

Would love this for myself, would love a pdf of this even more though so I could make items needed for my players equipment sets. Otherwise each player would need their own set potentially or as a game master I'd need 4 or more copies potentially?

Card list would be nice too, love this product, will likely get it, but could be a bit more useable as a pdf

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Looking at my Manage Subscriptions there is nothing listed under Upcoming Shipments. This is the same as was listed last month. I am starting to worry that something in my account is incorrectly flagged. Please let me know if you can take a look?

All of the items that should be shipping this month are listed as "Items Shipping with a Later Shipment"

146 and 147 are listed as shipping in an unknown time frame.

Is this normal? Again, My AP that should have generated and shipped last month (June) did not generate/ship. The CS team generated AP 143 manually and applied it to the next shipment after submitting a ticket.

Thank you for your time.

Did you get an authorization email yet? I still havent gotten an authorization email. Didn't get a June shipment either.... They added my June AP to my new side cart.... still no authorization.... Even after they said all the posts were taken care of....

Should I be worried?

On July 6th, Diego posted:

Howdy folks,

The auth tells me it is done! So it seems the train has pulled into the station. If you did not receive an order confirmation email or a payment issue email please let us know.

So, yes, something might have glitched in the system with your authorization (or it might not have; a few months back I didn't receive a shipping email but my order shipped anyway).

But you shouldn't be worried. You've already made a post in the Customer Service forum to let them know, and they will take care of it. They won't be back in the office to do so until Monday, but the warehouse generally doesn't ship over the weekend anyway so you're not falling behind. There's still three weeks of shipping left.

I assume you didn't select GenCon pickup? I don't believe they've run the auth yet for those customers.

Yeah, it was more tongue in cheek there on the worried statement. They will always make it right, but it is getting a little frustrating that 'something' appears to be off with my subs since Paizo Con pickup.

No Gen Con pickup for me, have not been to Gen Con yet and not attending this year.

My order wasnt generated or shipped last month, all of the current items are in my side cart including my AP that was missed, but have not seen an authorization?

Glad you guys are starting to ship! They fixed my side cart, but still have not gotten an authorization email yet... waiting waiting waiting :D

Have not received an authorization email, and just sent a customer service email because AP 145 Hell Knight Hill and Bestiary are still not listed in my side cart.

Thanks for the assists!

I played 2e at Paizo Con and had the chance to play Ezran. Will say I felt a crap ton more effective being able to recharge my focus between fights.

It was an intro game, so I am sure a few rules were smudged, but in the end it allowed me to reuse magic missile multiple times through the dungeon. The limits I believe were I had a feat that allowed me to use a focus point to re use a spell I had already cast that day. The 10 minutes was essentially some 'me' time. I wasn't the person making decisions for the group so while they were 'discussing' what direction to go I said I was regaining my focus and went with the party when it moved.

The other option was just using Magic Missile once and sitting on it. My cantrips were nice, but they weren't going to pull the damage that Valeros or Fumbus were with their standard attacks.

As the person that will be running the game for my household allowing my kids to feel like they are contributing to the adventure is more important than making sure they aren't doing absolutely anything else when regaining a focus.

Not sure exactly what the Cleric did to regain but Kyra was doing the same as I was.

Your post is interesting and illuminating

However I do want to pick up on the comment about not putting out the basic damage of Valeros or Fumbus

Is the assumption that Ezren should be? Does he not have spells with effects other than raw damage ? Or is he all about the raw numbers - which incidentally should probably be lower than a fighter at basic shouldn’t they since fighters don’t have as many options to replace them with spells that do even more impressive things...

Perhaps it is just because it was a playthrough. But if it was all about everyone doing exactly the same damage in slightly different ways (sword, bomb , spell) then that is sounding worryingly like elements of
...

Apologies on the late reply, just getting home from work.

The games ran at Paizo Con had pre generated characters. I don't remember alot of buffing spells, I know I had Shield but that was for myself and was a 1 action spell. Used it a few times but never to any real effect.

The play through was basically the Beginner box made up for 2e and the GM made a few changes for flavor that was really neat.

In the end it was a bunch of combat encounters, and Ezren had mostly combat spells prepped but unlike Fumbus I was not willing to cast burning hands through the group to get at the enemies. Fumbus on the other hand had no problem hitting us all with splash damage.

If/When I get a chance to play, instead of running a game, I will probably recreate my Halfling Rogue Lucas Fairbanks. Charismatic and Witty. Likely to get you to hand him your money willingly and feel like you got a bargain for a tale or a show. Not musically inclined but will make people laugh. Sometimes with you, sometimes at you.

There is a high likelihood that he would discover some mystical blood line that was dormant, but not positive if that story would play out for him or not. (Sorcerer)

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

pre orders should be in your orders, if you sub it will be in your side cart. I pre ordered the condition cards and they are in my side cart. I think they were in an order before that but i'd screwed something up and CS helped fix it and that order is blank now in my list.

Hi,

Sent an email, following up here. Realized I hadn't received Tyrants Grasp 5/6 from my subscription so I checked my orders, and pdf's. Was not listed in either location, guessing something happened and it didn't get ran?

Making a thread here so I can double up on visibility and see if we can have someone take a look and make sure my subscription doesn't have any issues?

Thanks!

I don't think they expect people to bring all their aps in one box, as assuming the game continues production would require an infinite sized box, nor can I think why you'd want to.

True. Then the AP boxes should be built to hold the AP when not in the core box.

Also agree that having dividers in the AP for the AP would be great.

At this point my unused AP cards will likely wind up in a generic white card box and the beautiful Crimson Throne box will get stowed or trashed. Sad about that.

Pre Painted is good. Primed and unpainted are better. Love the deep cuts line, lets get Starfinder in that line too :D

Everyone here are fans of the mini's, giving the license to a capable company is probably the second best possible outcome for the line. First would be if ND manages to deliver....

Eric, I wanted to say first and foremost. Thank you for posting.

That isn't what has impressed me in the last 24 hours though. We expected a post much earlier, as you know. The delay raised the anxiety of alot of your customers, me included. It raised tensions and in my opinion leads to the raised tensions between the people frustrated with the kickstarter and the people who, may or may not have backed the kickstarter, want to defend Paizo and the legacy.

You guys have a legacy, this will be a blip in it.

What I want to say is that I am impressed that you continued to come back and answer people. That is the type of communication that I am looking for. Not daily, not even weekly. But when your customers, who rely on your good word, put our money into a system that you guys imagined and built for us? Please communicate.

Can honestly say I put money on the kickstarter and did not intend to buy Starfinder materials until it delivered. I am still in that holding patern. As a fan of Pathfinder I had hopes for Starfinder and while Mini's aren't required to play a game? The 3d element is where I get alot of joy.

Don't wait so long between touching base on this issue. Press for information and continue being an advocate for us. I never thought you weren't, but I was very frustrated that ND went radio silent and Paizo wasn't here to support us.

We invest in you, you should invest in us.

Personally, I don't have much faith in their ability to provide accurate information, but there is a bit there if you're willing to dig through the KS comments and updates.

Faith in their ability to provide accurate information?

Exactly that.

This is why I come here hoping to get any information I get from ND confirmed by Paizo. Not really happening though.

As for Archon not disposing of the inventory they have? I haven't seen why my own eyes where they said that they were going to in the first place, and until I see with my own eyes that Archon ISN'T going to dispose of the inventory from THEM? Then I am taking it with a mountain of salt. I don't trust Ninja Division to be honest. Their current 'transparency' is a joke. Choosing to tell a version of the truth because you have no current way to lie yourself out of a situation doesn't make you honest.

Until Paizo comes in and tells us what is really going on? I will have my doubts about anything ND or Archon says is happening. Paizo, even with this debacle, still has my faith as a customer. Mistakes happen and we can get pissed off about it.

Currently not happy with the radio silence. Some people may not feel it is 'silence' but having the CS team come in and let us know we are being heard isn't actually telling us anything. Just telling us they are listening.

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Got a chance to talk to Mike and one of his cohorts (was introduced but with so much back noise didn't pick up his name) for a minute at Emerald City Comic Con this weekend while picking up his book The Maze of Games that I can't wait to dive into. They were really excited about the changes coming up :D

Really looking forward to see what comes of all the work of streamlining alot of the 'features' I had gripes with in the original release of the Adventure Card Game into a solidified Core Set that will be used with any expansion I want to drop in. Would be neat if there was a way to drop Runelords or Wrath of the Righteous into the new set. Even if home brewed.

I know they haven't been able to talk about all of the changes yet, closer we get to Paizo Con the more excited I am to get my hands on whatever news drops about the ACG.

Thanks for the work you guys and gals have put into this! It is appreciated!

Really love Spell and Ability cards. Item/Weapon cards are neat but having class cards is where it is at for me. Will likely use the new layout for the Adventure Card Game and make my own, but really want official cards :D

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Love this. Should make a PDF of printable cards for the existing sets. Character cards in the new format. I'd print them out and slide them in the sleeves.

Assuming the community use packages will be updated we can do it ourselves too, but official is always better :D

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Starting up a Sub for the rule books, because I love what I am seeing.

Just waiting to see what advantages there are to subscribing. Have to say that I loved the perk of getting the PDF when the books shipped. Seriously hoping that perk stays the same.

In for the rule books and adventure paths at the moment.

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Love making my own accessories but having official accessories is so much better.

Cards: Race Ability, Class Ability/Feat, Feat, Spell, Monster/Bestiary

I am the kind of person that will customize my own for what I want, but what kind of accessories are you looking forward to?

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

I am still waiting for them to confirm that PDF's will be delivered to subscribers... #1 reason I sub is for the pdf. Love having the books but a searchable PDF is so much more convenient.

If I had to choose between a physical adventure path module and a pdf? I'd be sad but I'd go with PDF in the end. Core Rule Book I'd want one of each.

Sara Marie,

Even through frustrations, I appreciate you and the work you guys do. It's not easy when projects don't go according to plan.

Thank you for your post, it is appreciated by me, and likely many others. Paizo Fans are still hoping for a positive outcome, but even if that isn't in the cards it is appreciated that you have maintained communications throughout.

Personally I have written off any physical product that I didn't receive as a loss. Anything more than that will be a welcomed surprise.

All I expect at this point is communication. If I feel like at a bare minimum we aren't kept in the loop then I personally will feel a loss of confidence in a company that I have promoted to anyone interested in playing RPG's since I found you.

Can not over communicate, but I can understand the careful wording to not jeopardize any positive outcomes as well.

Not speaking for them, but people who go down that route may not be looking at the project as a whole.

Sure, there are factories in China that can pump out the plastic within a year, but the project as whole would need to be managed and directed. Everything from sculpting to sourcing.

In that regard, if you outsource, there really isn't alot of companies to go through. But if you want to do something right, and you do not have a reliable company available?

You either don't do it, do it yourself, or outsource to a shady company like Ninja Division against your own customers warnings. In the end biting the hand that feeds the machine.

So, yea, there are alot of 'options' when you go the route of doing it yourself. But you rebuild the wheel and that has risks of its own.

No, very clearly people are saying they want the people who convinced them to spend the money, literally took the time to tell them that they should have confidence in Ninja Division, to take at minimum the same amount of time to say.

"My Bad"

But you know, keep reading between lines that don't exist.

Lots of hours in the day, and if you can't spare a moment for the people you helped rob? Speaks volumes and the people who were robbed will wind up getting more and more vocal and then start voting with their dollars.

But, you know, keep using words other than what people are saying to minimize their actual message and continue making them feel ignored. That is also an option. Not one I'd recommend but it appears to be your go to choice.

You think that with Ninja Divisions recent public announcement of laying off their entire company except 3 people and their very blatant mismanagement of funds that people asking for an explanation and apology are being premature?

Interesting.

I mean, someone can apologize for being wrong while also explaining what their plans are to make things right.

Pretty sure that there is no 'it's too soon'situation when it comes to that.

Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

I find the dialogue interesting where both sides accept the fact of failure but where one side wants accountability the other will offer explainations as to why no accountability is needed.

Point blank, if you go to the first page of this forum thread you will see that customers had already raised many red flags about Ninja Division and Paizo told us that they had full confidence in Ninja Divisions ability to deliver.

Fail 1: Ignoring your customers

Fail 2: Giving your customers confidence to hand money to a company that is KNOWN AT THAT TIME to take money from one project to attempt to fulfill a previously, for all intents and purposes, failed project and then fail to deliver on both.

Paizo is a part of the con Job in the sense that they vouched for a company that a sampling of their customers KNEW to be unscrupulous and the Paizo faithful that pledged, especially all in, based on Paizo's recommendations are out hundreds of dollars.

The current Paizo apologists are not doing Paizo any favors. Paizo needs to heal the wound they caused by backing a 3 legged dog in a horse race and telling their flock to bet on it.

I doubt you were the only one with this mindset, and Paizo was aware of that.

They needed minis for Starfinder's launch. WizKids turned them down. Reaper turned them down. Ninja Division didn't.

Context is everything, and yea I definitely see that side of the point.

Thank you for the follow up.

After I posted that I don't have anything Starfinder I picked up the humble bundle. So with full transparency I will be taking a look at that PDF this weekend.

Was hoping to use this years Paizocon to get into Starfinder as a player. This situation with Ninja Division has me gutted, but I may still sign up for Starfinder entry games to check it out.

Not really, feel free to elaborate.

I've spent thousands of dollars on Paizo Pathinder miniatures alone. Not even talking about digital and paper content.

When I play I do as much as I can in 3d and pawns are not my idea of a good time.

So.... how does wanting quality products delivered by a reputable company explain why Paizo went with Ninja Division?
