How can you get the Imperious Bloodline on a non-human?

Advice

And I don't mean half-orc or half-elf. I mean, is there a way to game the system and get the Imperious bloodline on, say, a halfling?

I had an idea for a Halfling Arrowsong Minstrel abusing Startoss Style, Good Hope with an Encouraging Metamagic Rod, and Inspire Courage, along with Adaptable Luck and Fate's Favored. This would make an *incredibly* accurate ranged combatant with some hefty damage. At level 11: +3 song, +3 Good Hope, +4 from Startoss feats, +3 Arcane Strike for a total of +13 damage a shot before items or strength or anything. By level 13 with a two level fighter dip we're adding Rapid Shot, Clustered Shot and another +2 from Startoss feats. However, its wallop would be even meaner if I could somehow get the Imperious Bloodline on this little jerk.

So, how would you go about that? We're feat-starved, but could definitely afford the feats at later levels. The trouble is that we're a halfling, and the Imperious Bloodline is human only. Is there a fix?

Halfling is absolutely necessary because of the Warslinger racial trait, note.

EDIT: I could do human instead, but... +6 damage from feats! It's hard to beat!

quite honestly would just be easier to play a human and take racial heritage (halfling)feat so you count as a halfling and can still enjoy whatever bonuses you want from halfling.

Racial Heritage does not give you alternate racial traits (such as the aforementioned Warslinger) because you don't have the original racial traits to exchange for them.

An Ampoule of False Blood can do it, all you need is 20,000 gold and a blood donor with the Imperious bloodline.

You technically don't need the blood [it's not in the prerequisites]. Someone of the bloodline making it IS in the requirements though.

And you can ignore that by adding +5 to the check to make it.

True, but the item already has a 7th level spell you're most likely trying to ignore [along with it's 1500gp diamond] so there's a limit to how many +5 add up. It'll depend on how good the spellcraft bonus is.

The Ampoule looks like it would do the trick. Cool! Thanks.

Too bad the feat Pass for Human doesn't qualify you (and on a Halfling you first have to pay a feat tax to get it), whereas the alternate racial trait of the same name on various Planetouched does.

"The DC to create a magic item is 5 + the caster level for the item"
The ampule is CL 15.
So base DC is 20. If we need to ignore the bloodline pre-req and limmited wish we need to hit a dc of 30.
We can take 10 on crafting so we need to be able to get a + 20.
I assume the character making this isn't the halfling who will be using it?
Even if it is, we should be able to manage a +20.
Lets try for level 10.
+10 Ranks.
+3 from class skill
+5 gloves of elvenkind
+2 Masterwork tools.
There we go, +20 at level 10 and all it took was skill ranks. We don't even need to invest in INT. If you have it becomes even easier.

So, yeah, it is trivial to meet the craft DC to craft the item.

Liberty's Edge

You know it really should require some actual Imperious blood considering it contains actual preserved blood but yeah RAW you can craft it yourself and just ignore the prerequisite.
