Fey are nature spirits, and space is nature. Since space is an ocean, it would follow there are space nixies and void nymphs.

Fey do the same thing they did in Pathfinder. Nature is on the planets. The space in between is just stars, rocks, and vacuum. I think magic could be used to do a lot of things. Take an asteroid for example, you cast an airwall spell to hold in an atmosphere around an asteroid, then a planar gravity spell to give it a planar gravity along a gravity plane similar to spelljammer. In the Spelljammer Universe the natural laws in that universe does these things, in Starfinder, I bet there are specific spells that could do exactly the same thing, then you add water, plants animals and soil, and you can have an island in space. I think spaceships might have some magical enchantments to create on board gravity, and you could have an air wall spell to hold in air onto hangars where you can launch fighters out into space. Using real physics to create gravity would be real hard, so I say don't, use magic instead! An Airwall spell would substitute for the force fields used in Star Wars to hold in the atmosphere in the hangar decks so people working on the ships don't have to wear spacesuits. In fact there could be spells that allow people to move about in space without a space suit. Though of course a spell caster is limited by he number of slots he has, it might be easier to obtain a spacesuit than to learn the spell.

Yeah but space is pretty sterile, excepting living spaceships and the like. A skeleton would have no problem in space, a Zombie would rapidly turn into a Mummy, because all of its internal fluids would boil out. A Space Ghost would have no problem Golems, particularly the Iron and stone golems would have no problem.

The recent First World book suggests that the Fey and the First World aren't just about nature, but about evolution in all its many forms. I'd imagine you could find fey wherever unusual lifeforms could be found, even if those lifeforms don't really look like "organic" life. Constructs with emergent intelligence, worlds that exist entirely in computer code, plasma "organisms" living in the heart of stars, beasts on frozen planets with glacial metabolisms, or creatures on burning worlds that live and die in seconds.

That said, something like a "void nereid" makes a lot of sense and translates well - drowning, veils warding against the dangers of space, invisibility (unless in air, making them akin to space-ghosts), the ability to spray poisonous/radiation-style stuff, and some sort of void elementals or something. Similarly, nixies.

Somewhat terrifying and full of "ick"-factor, is the concept of grig-based Dominion' ships...

What's really interesting is meshing or comparing/contrasting these with kytons or other evil creatures that would be fundamentally opposed to grig freedom.

Then you have grigs (and probably flumphs!) opposing these monstrosities, and fiddling (and far-, uh, "gassing") their way to freedom and destruction of evil...

Anything associated with Desna, which includes fey, would be phenomenal for space-style creatures, which fits in with dreaming, as noted above.

The First World is a sort of rough draft of the material plane. It's less of a reflection of the material (such as in the case of the Shadow Plane), and more of a testing ground for what was to become the material. Nothing should really change in term of the Material Plane, save the abscence of points of access through Golarion. (This assumes none of the lore established by now is retconned, or that the Gap did not have any adverse effects on the multiverse.)
