Goblins, we've got another HUGE announcement today!

The Crowdforger PDF Superpack is now live on the Kickstarter home page!

This is a $230+ value of PDF supplements and sourcebooks - and the Pathfinder core RPG as well!

It's included free as bonus content for all Crowdforger levels - Pioneer, Buddy, Guild, and up!

(Yes, if you're a Crowdforger Buddy or Guild, you'll get multiple copies!)

We've been working on this project for quite some time and we got all the "t"s crossed and "i"s dotted today so we're interrupting your Thursday with this mind blowing offer!

Check it out, and tremendous thanks to all our 3rd party PDF contributors!

Thats pretty awesome. Big announcement! Thanks GW!

I just made a sound that turned heads in the office. Whoops.

Well, I know where I'll be putting $100 next week.

Goblin Squad Member

Wow! Thats a lot of books!

Guess I'll have 6 more copies of the core rulebook now though :p

Don't mean to sound greedy here, but with GW dropping this bomb with still a comfortable 18 days to go, I wonder what kind of nuclear missile they have lined up for 24 hours remaining... hehe

Yeah, Ryan's a Marketing guy, you've got to figure he has some tricks up his sleeve. I'm really enjoying the spectacle of watching him work his magic :)

well, those of us who pledged on day 1 still get all the goodies that have appeared later. There's no benefit in delaying if you know you're going to pledge in the end.

but yes... :-)

Goblin Squad Member

Oh I pledged as soon as I heard about this MMO last Friday... wish I had found out sooner.

Goblin Squad Member

Ah... this will get me pining to DM once again.

Goblin Squad Member

lol... guess I will be doing a lot of downloading when this KS finishes and they are ready to distribute with all those pdf.

Might need to get a separate SD Card to store all my Pathfinder PDFs on.

Pshaw! As if you didn't intentionally set a goal that would force you to work for it :)

Goblin Squad Member

Sweet!

This is ridiculously awesome!

I've sent this super pack info to my D&D GM to, he has expressed an interest in Pathfinder, so he may well be up for pledging now! I was personally hoping for a copy of the Pathfinder rules, (I suggested it a couple of weeks back in fact) but GW has gone a little bit further! 0_o

It's really cool as this much product should give my group plenty to start playing Pathfinder with. :-)

This need to be posted all round the internet, Pathfinder fans NEED to know! :-D

I love the idea of this superpack offer but I think it might have more appeal if it was presented with a dollar value worth of PDF purchases instead of offering these specific PDF files. I personally have a some of these files already and frankly some of the others I have little to no interest in getting.

Goblin Squad Member

For me it helps that I own zero Pathfinder products, but I am in fact interested in getting into the game. (My GM mentioned possibly running it)

This is a great announcement, but I hope this isn't the "sweetest deal in gaming history" that Lisa Stevens indicated (in her blog) would happen by the end of the Kickstarter.

Again, really appreciate the PDFs, and this is a good deal, but am hoping something physical in regards to what Lisa is talking about. I don't know, maybe it's just PDFs are not as enticing for me in general. I'm old school and still prefer physical books. :)

Wow i mean wow, if NOTHING else this can bring in the pen and paper folks just to get this.

I do want to ask one thing of ryan. Adding these isnt going to seriously cut down on the profit you are going to take from the kickstarter is it? I know some kickstarters end up with a lot less money in hand due to things like this.

I dont know if its possible but would you be able to do a short about each publisher?

Also thank you to all the publishers who added their products!

3rd party stuff is donated and PDFs were already made, so I don't see it costing them much if anything at all.

This is a great deal, I might have a few more friends that would be very interested in this package.

Goblin Squad Member

Awesome, I just hope that there is enough money left for GoWo to actually speed up the games development after all these mega-deals.

Goblin Squad Member

This is a HUGE announcement, but it hasn't actually been announced on the Kickstarter yet! There's been no Kickstarter update mentioning it, I presume this will be sent out today?

You can't expect people to just stumble across it on the main page, something this big needs announcing!

Wow! What can I say? Wow!

I been pondering on the idea for weeks now whether to do the $15 pledge for the Emerald Spire PDF.

For us who are very interested in the MMO, yet no client for our platform, the $15 pledge for the Emerald Spire PDF was the only one we had to choose from the list as the rest was pretty much useless to us on other platforms besides the support Windows.

This PDF collection definitely makes it worthy for us to select the $100 Crowdforger pledge, to obtain the non-related PDFs and Emerald Spire PDF, and still toss the useless MMO related stuff.

Thanx to all that made this PDF collection possible.

I wonder if we'll get multi-platform support, fingers crossed.

Daniel.

Goblin Squad Member

Well I just done my $100 pledge for the PDF goodies.

@The Darklord, we can only hope they use a multiplatform renderer engine, to make it easier for multiplatform support.

Maybe GW should look at Steam to see there is a Steam Linux client already with a few games available, and the list is growing. Indicating there is a market for other platforms.

These goodies are an amazing deal for the kS. I doubt I will read half of them , but the ones I do read will be very entertaining.

first: Thank you for making the already good deal of the 100$ level even better.

but maybe you should spread the goodies down a little:

The Adventurer Level pledgers are called "key supporter of Pathfinder Online" For pledging 1/3 of the Pioneer Level, right now they are falling quite short on rewards and looking at the numbers of pledgers none of the 35$ level have upped to 100$.

I think they should get at least the Guide to the River Kingdoms to get a better feeling about the setting.

If you want a cross mix effect (MMO players starting P&P) giving the Core rule book to what appears to be people not interested in the Pen and Paper rewards should also help in the long run.

Why does the Behind the Scenes not start with those Key Supporters?
Why the big jump from 1 month subscription to 4 months instead of a 1 month increase per pledge level?

Here is the complete list of everything in the Superpack:

This is over $350 worth of gaming material, from adventures to creatures to classes to maps and more!

Goblin Squad Member

Thanx for the complete list.

Goblin Squad Member

The only thing which could have made any part of this more appealing to me, would have been adding hard copies of the core rulebook.

Goblin Squad Member

@Liz Thanks for the list! Do you know when it will be available for download? I wouldn't be in a hurry, except that I was planning on getting the River Kingdoms book this month to prepare for RPG Superstar in case I make the final 32, and I kind of diverted those funds to the kickstarter in hopes of getting the PDF super pack (or at least the guide to the River Kingdoms) relatively soon....

I don't know when the package will be available, but I know we need to wait for the final list of backers to be received from Kickstarter. Stay tuned—I know we're going to be doing an announcement on it!

My question on this would be... what if my kickstarter email is different than what i used here....I think mine is. :) And thanks to everyone who donated the PDFs... thanks to all those who pledged.

Nevermind.. just changed out the email address here to match the Kickstarter one. Still no survey.

Survey has not been sent yet.

Sovereign Court RPG Superstar 2009 Top 32, 2010 Top 8

Wonder if it would be possible to 'will' some of these to other people. I have the FFG stuff for example, but would love to give a copy to a friend.

The PDF Superpack cannot be split up and divided to different people. Nor can any element of the Kickstarter Rewards be transmitted to a person other than the recipient of the Reward. Note that Buddy an Guild Rewards will be divided into separate accounts for each member of the Reward.

I'm sure it was posted someplace, but simply overlooked it but...
Can someone tell me when the proposed date is to gain access to the PDF superpack, as well as the estimated shipping date for the physical materials?

I don't think any of that has been specifically stated yet. However, IIRC they said shortly after they send the survey and link up the accounts they'll make the PDFs (of the PDF super pack, not the new books) available.

As for the timeline for the print books I'll quote myself to provide some insight into possibilities for the timeline there.

Dakcenturi wrote:

Even then the SuperDungeon is still being written so it won't be immediately available once the survey goes out. However, the other PDF's should be available pretty quickly after the survey goes out.

As an example the Tech demo ended on June 8. The PDF for Thornkeep was added to My Downloads in Oct. The actual book is being shipped this month. This book is going to be even bigger so I would expect it will probably be an even longer wait before the PDF/Book are available.

Dark Archive Goblin Squad Member

Any idea when we'll be getting our new board bling and pdfs?
