Vormog and Rayse, how about you two make the call--IC or OOC--about what to do with these two, i.e. jump right into combat, or try to trick info out of them first, or set up some conversion of Timeon, or whatever else occurs to you?

TBH, I've already lost track of why we're going on with this deception. Part of me wanted to turn Sir Balin or Timeon, or put a bug on them and let them out in the wild as sleeper agents, but then I remembered this isn't sci-fi.

The deception was just to get him to drop his guard so we could get a surprise round, with the possible bonus of getting some info out of them if they knew about, say, the sapphire amulet.
I suspect Thorn will be fine with us dispatching Balin however we do it. Might be worth some style points to take him alive for interrogation and/or sacrifice, though I suspect Tiadora has already gotten everything useful out of him. Since we're probably not going to knock him from positive hit points to negative eighteen (or whatever) in one blow at this level, taking him alive wouldn't be difficult, just a matter of not doing a coup de grace when he's down.

As for the cloak + potion, I'm set. I can cast CLW spontaneously and I have good Con and Wis (curtesy of the Focus & Foible abilities) and my class also gives good Fort and Will saves. If I fail reflex, I'll just tank the damage with my good HP pool.
I think we should up the save of anyone all who have the lowest Will save. Failing Fort saves can (eventually) be fixed by spells, but failing Will is a bit more urgent.
As for the pot, I think it's for whoever can't heal themselves. Maybe even Rendylyn so she doesn't feel pressured to fill out spell slots with cures. Healing should be a post-combat type of action.

A loot tracking sheet would be great, but let's not keep EVERYTHING on it. Once that armor goes to Rayse, it comes off the loot sheet. Otherwise, the things get super long and unmanageable.

So, I've created a google sheets for a loot table. The format is simple, only 3 columns.
"Loot", "acquired by" and "source". The source column is meant for a link to the post where the loot drops, so we can backtrack the loot more easily.
I am obviously very noob at this, so if anyone has a suggestion to improve (or completely redo) this format, feel free to do so.

I agree with Vormog. Treesa doesn't have hexes where resistance or immunity matters much yet. But there are some that I was planning on taking. And the bonus to the knowledge rolls is always helpful!

I feel we need a way to smuggle and protect our Asmodean contraband, including our copy of our contract with Thorn. A Secure Paypack would be just the thing, if GMT allows the purchase, and we could pay for it by trading in our gold discs from the map room.

For some reason I thought the gold discs were worth 500g. Even with all six, we're short of what we'd need to buy a Secure Paypack (assuming GMT said one was available). We can afford a Pathfinder Pouch, or pay a little more for a lot more capacity and style with a Devil's Crux--you just know Cardinal Thorn has one of those available. The latter is bound to be more conspicuous, though. One of each, putting the latter in the former?

I'm inclined to say the manor armory is not that robust. No magical weapons or anything worn on-person, and no wondrous items. Only the basics for potions and scrolls, and in limited supply. He's not stockpiling the good stuff that could be put to better use in the field. If I have to click a link to learn what it is, he doesn't have it.
