She also died at a certain special mission a few years back at Gen Con at my table. And yes, the party killed her. We then proceeded to impersonate her and do bad things/spread nasty rumors. I should mention we were not playing Pathfinders.

Great news! I talked with Online VC Tyranius (sp?), he said I could adjust your last two chronicles to be full xp instead of half.

Thus, you can skip this session OR play it and apply the chronicle to another PC. Either way you will be at level two after the session on your dwarf like everyone else.

can someone clarify something for me? how much does a paper cartridge cost with my Gunsmithing class trait? is it 1.2 gp per shot or 1.2 gp per 30 like regular shots?

I’m far from an expert on gunslinger and my research just got me confused. However, we do have a resident expert with Halali who plays a gunslinger in another game of mine. I’ll wait for them to weigh in.

For firearm ammunition crafting when playing a Gunslinger, you can find all the calculated costs here in an old forum post that includes a link to a ruling by former Organised Play lead Mike Brock. I recommend Favouriting or Listing the post.

Paper Cartridges cost 6gp per shot because you only get to purchase them at half price, not 1/10th as you do with bullets :(

My gunslingers tend to buy alchemical silver cartridges at 7gp each, and cold iron bullets at 2sp each (plus black powder at 1gp per shot).

It feels like a lot at low levels, but you won't notice it once you get past level 5. My character that GM Top alluded to is level 6 now, and she spends maybe 50gp on ammo per scenario, 100gp tops, mainly on cartridges. This will rise a bit once she starts dual wielding pistols in another level or two though :)

I am behind and can't seem to catch up. First there were two maps I was not aware of that. Then I posted a question and then my post was eaten. So now I have been passed over and was swarmed before I got to go. Not sure how I reintroduce myself at this point.

It seems a couple of turns back Dran made it to the top of the stairs nad still had a standard action. Not even sure that was correct but I think that was the case. My question that never seems to have made it into the game was could Dran charge the caster to try to disrupt his spell?

Posts being eaten sucks.

Last turn Dran made it to the top of the stairs with a single move and was standing by the croc with a standard left. We waited a while and then I botted your attack which killed the crocodile. We aren’t that far ahead, really.

This round, you could in theory charge the caster but MULTIPLE things need to go your way. You need to make two fort saves first (both DC 11). The first is against poison and the second against the swarm’s distraction ability. If you fail the distraction save you would be nauseated, which means you can only take a single move action. No free actions, no attacks, nothing.

But IF you made that save (which is actually reasonable, being a low DC) AND IF Halali moves out of the charging lane, then you could charge the caster and attack with the charge. After which Dran would then collapse to the ground unconscious (at -1 HP and Dying).

I took the charge lane. Better to have a chance at stunning the casty boss than let Dran drop after one attack.

In that case I would suggest making your saves and moving away from the swarm. You have a wand of CLW and can activate it. Next round draw it. Round after use it. Then you are back in the fight! The way things are going this should be a several round fight.

But you are welcome to think of other options or make other decisions.
