Seelah, you go in the menu to Organized Play > My Organized Play
There you should see all your PFS characters along with their Organized Play id (also known as PFS number). You just decide which of those characters to apply the credit to and note the id and give it to me so I can use it to report the game with you as a player. Note, this was a Core game, that means only characters which have a PFC after the id, are elegible.
If you do not have any of them, you can create a new character, just press the "Register a New Pathfinder Society Core-(first edition) character" button and it will give you a new id. Make sure you create a Core one.
As this was a level 1-5 scenario I believe I can give you a level 1 chronicle despite you played with a level 4 pregen. Just let me know if you want a chronicle for level 1 or level 4 character.
So, here you have the chronicles. Let me know if something need to be fixed.
Some clarifications:
grimdog73 (Kyra), note you can only apply the chronicle to Theron once you reach level 4.
Torilgrey (Seelah), when playing a non level 1 pregen, you can apply the chronicle to a level 1 character, but the gold is accordingly reduced to 500 gp.
