Thanks Wismac. I am very basic on my formatting for Discord. Have not figured out color changes yet. The extent of my knowledge is bold, italics, spoilers and dice rolling.
Have the scenarios dropped already, because I've not seen it yet.
(Or does your post, Hmm, relate to having the scenario already due to your Exalted Status)
The scenario has not dropped yet but a few have it from GM'ing it at this past convention (Origins).
Once I have all of that above completed I'll compile it and place links into the Gameplay thread for ease of access for everyone.
Cool, I try to use a lot of color changes and stuff for my discord games. So I'll be more than happy to help out. Nudge the powers that be and get it dropped for us as soon as you can ;)

Hello there, everyone! One of the last Tier 1-2 GMs checking in. I has been a busy past two days and I have spent very little of it behind a computer, but I have threads ready. Also GM Hmm, thank-you so much for the beautifully organized discussion opener. It was a life saver today!

That may pick up after the limit is lifted. Also after it is lifted I'll make a post to the Facebook group as well to try and draw some more folks in.
I like to wait until a little closer to the date for them as they don't check the forums as close as most of us do and could quickly forget about their game.
And if not then I will try to spread the wealth around as much as possible. i.e. 5 players at your tables instead of 6.
Especially given that it is repeatable and their isn't a limit to signing up for special tables so everyone playing it at level 5+ could make or use a 1-2 level character as well, unless I'm missing something important.

Above are the reporting forms as well as the success viewer (which you can post to your tables for your players to see). Please play around with it and try to break it so I can get stuff fixed now rather than in the middle of the special.
@Wismac- I'll send you a link to the Table GM as well as the Overseer posts for conversion to discord formatting. Once that is done I'll get that posted as well.
Also once I get a listing of all GM Tables I will post links to all of those as well for easy access for the Back-up GM's to find the tables.
When should we expect the scenario to drop to us?
I am hoping soon as the Scenario Request has been sent forward to Paizo.
I'd suggest trying to get either four or six players to a table. I've noted 5 player tables in SF seem to have quite a hard time of it.
That said, I imagine tables will fill up quickly (especially at lower tiers) when the general opening happens.
I have not seen a 4 player adjustment in this scenario so 5 shouldn't be too difficult.
MTSs don't have scaling.

I played this at a con yesterday. It's fun, but there are a ton of encounters to prep, and the overseer had to make some adjustments to the milestones after talking with GMs that ran it at Origins.
Yup, there are Overseer adjustments similar to what we did with the first Special. Meaning that if a scout mission location is closed you continue to finish that mission and report it. The Overseer can then shift any successes over 100% to a still open scour mission.

That's not quite what i mean. Based on the timeslot we had, the overseer had to lower the milestones on a couple things from 2/3 to 2/5 to make them possible, the same thing they had to do at Origins.

I hope this can be reset before we'll actually start because I've been reporting random things to see if it works.
These shouldn't be an issue if we pay attention, but in case someone selects something wrong there's nothing stopping me from selecting to report for another GM or reporting a success for the same mission over and over
And also not an issue, it just looks strange to me..the one that says vote goes up to 700% right now. I'd expect a vote to total up to 100%. I guess that needs a different kind of chart behind it then the other submissions so it might be more trouble then it's worth to try to alter this.
(If it's indeed something we vote on and not just the name of the mission; I have no knowledge of the scenario at this point)

We regret to tell you that we have to cancel SFS 2-00 for PBP Gameday. We are rescheduling it for Outpost III in March 2020.
HILARY, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?
We had some unhappy news regarding the SFS 2-00 special today. The OPF leadership team told me today that they want to reserve new specials to the face-to-face conventions for the first six months. This is to help local conventions fill their tables for specials.
Although this is profoundly disappointing, I know that we will have a great run of SFS 2-00 at Outpost III. Also, we online GMs want the local conventions to have their chance to be great too.
HILARY, I PLANNED ON RUNNING 2-00! WHAT DO I RUN NOW?
The good news is that I negotiated with Tonya to allow us to resubmit our scenario support request. If you were running 2-00, please resubmit for something else on the GM form. Here is the link to that GM form:

Tyranius, and others... Thanks for all the hard work you have been putting into getting the special ready.
Really bummed to see it shelved for 6 months due to a misunderstanding by the upper management of how our online community really works. (just imo.)

I well that's a bummer. I was really looking forward to running this. At the risk of sounding like I'm just reiterating other's opinions, Truly thank-you for all of the prep work for this! It was amazingly detailed!
I should be fine for GMing during Outpost III, though and am looking forward to it (assuming we don't have to reapply and possibly get revetted.)
Actually this might be a great opportunity to play up the special as we had quite a few opening slots still.
