We do have one advantage- we can duck inside, we have an advantage if she follows. Kizzy will use her bow just to be another target Sneklady has to deal with while the others cover and heal. Perhaps we even get a few shots in before we retreat and heal; and perhaps outwait the silence for the casters to join.

If this truly is a wish, I'd use it to cast Summon Monster 8 (Monadic deva from the expanded summon monster list) if there is time. That thing could take out both of our opponents.

Oh god I just realized I didn't add the longswords enhancement bonus or weapon training to the disarm attack. I think weapon focus also would have applied. I thought I thought of everything, but I think I overthought.
I'm not sure if I want to know if a 39 would have succeeded.
In my defense, a 35 not succeeding at level 6 is absurd on its own. Even Runt's CR 12 Deva would have been disarmed by that.

Oh, I wasn't hoping for a retcon, I just wanted to verbalize (type-alize?) my mistake so I'd remember in the future. I was thinking only a disarm weapon added enhancement bonuses etc, but the disarm feature adds its own bonus, so it's my bad.
Given our precarious situation, I won't argue if you are willing the retcon :P

Even disarmed, I suspect she packs a wallop. And then there is the demon behind her. What is that all about and will we have to defeat it too? I suggest using the wish, but would be willing to let things play out for a bit if the front-liners are OK with it.

I doubt Sneklady is close to being done; she could have spells, other weapons, claws and fangs… who knows. I vote use the wish.

Z has dispel prepared; he could try to dispel the silence. If not he might just move forward to be ready to engage since the snake has been pushed back

Open the icon list, hover your mouse over the icon you want and hit a number from 0-9. Alas it does not do double digits so I did two flying icons, a 1 and a 5, to show she is 150' below your positions.

We are moving into downtime. You can assume everything up to full unless you decide to go beat someone up before the next day. If the snake lady does come back it is another day, you may stay and wait if you wish. Otherwise we are moving out of rounds and discussing general intent and non-combat actions at this point.

The Brotherhood of the Seven seemed to have connections with Lord Foxglove so you came to Magnimar to try and follow that lead. Coming to Magnimar you found more evidence against the Brotherhood and tracked them to the sawmill. You captured the apparent leader, Judge Ironbriar, whom you found to be charmed. Once you broke the charm he was angry about being charmed and ratted out the woman who did it, Xanesha or the Wanton of Nature's Forms, likely the snake lady. You have now found evidence she was plotting to assassinate the Lord Mayor. You seem to have dismantled the Brotherhood by taking out both leaders. Now, you may want to check to see if Ironbriar is not getting things back up and going or if some other follower of Norgorber has not taken over. I think you have accomplished your initial goal for coming to Magnimar.

Looking at 3rd level bard spells - I can choose 2 - Cure Serious, Dispel Magic, Haste... which one doesn't make the cut (party input please!)

You need 10 ranks in performance for Discordant Voice. It is pretty awesome but you will have to wait until level 10 for that one.
Haste is always nice at low and high levels. It scales well. Confusion is a 4th level spell for most classes, but a third level spell for you. I highly recommend it. A fun spell too, though useless on a number of creature types. Good hope is a multi-target heroism and worth a slot. Purging Finale can be life saving though very situational.
I would take confusion and haste, though.

I am not a fan of confusion… will negates and SR applies … I had eliminated a couple other good options for that reason Haste is good; I will add that and Dispel Magic, pick up the Cure serious later… now to go feat hunting

Took my sixth level of Fighter. Used the Fighter bonus combat feat retraining to swap Weapon Focus: Scimitar for Weapon Focus: Longsword. With my 6th level fighter bonus feat I took Combat Expertise, and with my L7 advancement feat I took Barroom Brawler.

Per the rules...
"Upon reaching 4th level, and every four levels thereafter (8th, 12th, and so on), a fighter can choose to learn a new bonus feat in place of a bonus feat he has already learned."
So I'm thinking you are stuck with weapon focus in scimitar until level 9 (fighter level 8).

Runt, if you are referring to the small pouch of coins Faust gave you, those were 200 platinum pieces each. While jewelry and art can be sold at full price it will take time. If you wish to liquidate quickly it is the standard 50% otherwise you can pursue a Diplomacy/Appraise/Prof Trader roll to see how long it will take to get them sold at full price. 1 day per roll per item, you may work as a team vs DC 20. If you have a good enough diplomacy to take 10 and make it, that is allowed. It just means you took a day to offload that piece.

Kizzy can take 10 on Diplomacy with +14 to get 24; she will be happy to spend the days needed to sell items. IF we have the time. Not claiming any of the items, but someone should wear the medallion... 1d10+5 HP and save bump should go to a frontline.

Kizzy would not object to Isabella claiming the medallion,- it was before her (character) time so I (player) didn't know the connection when I suggested a frontline take it, I would love to have RP/backstory reasons for it to go to Isabella.
