If Runt and Lavanor wanted to retrieve the books we can play through that. Those interested in the books were all diseased. Runt was ready to burn the place down when they left and it seemed pretty much everyone had had enough after the carrionswarms. So, I assumed it was merely a torching mission upon your return.

I think that's accurate. Feels like a haunted house where we learned a little more about whatsisname's past but didn't really advance much beyond that. We need to figure out how to track down these other undead connections and finish them off (and maybe get some money along the way).

Since everyone that wanted the books is diseased and recovering, and since Runt knows that they are connected to the necromantic troubles, she would let them burn. No need to play through it on my account.

Well, RoP+1 is always useful for anyone... if know one wants it, I'd take it.
Scroll of flaming sphere and burning hands and wand of shocking grasp are useful for the wizard.

So how much money did we wind up getting from the last batch of stuff that we sold? I'm still sitting on just over 1k, which really isn't enough to buy anything. I think my total wealth value is about 2,500 gp, which is way below par.

Hrms, no I would want the scroll of flaming spehere and burning hands and wand.
No idea why we'd sell potions of cure light or moderate wounds.
If no one wants the RoP (i'm surprised) or HoD, I'll take them... wizard AC sucks. Tiefling stands out.

Foxglove has a manor in Magnimar.
I feel like I am going crazy. You found a tin box with letters in it did you not? I see the notes for the letters on the Player Notes on gooogle docs but I cannot find the post. Anyway, I believe Zherxikas recalled the gnomish or halfing group Elise, Rogor's sister, mentioned that she used in Magnimar. This is important because you do not know exactly where Foxglove's manor in Magnimar is. Elise worked at the manor and apparently used the gnome/halfling laundry.
The Brothers of the Seven are apparently working in Magnimar. You could follow up on this.

Will be using the Brawler's Martial Flexibility feature to take Advanced Weapon Training: Item Mastery feats as needed. This lets him temporarily take Item Mastery feats using his Con as his casting modifier and should give Forest a lot more things he can do and ways to contribute.

Forest can take the Adamantine Longsword so we have it handy. Actually, is there a way to convert a MW weapon into a +1 magic weapon? If not, Forest will probably have to buy a +1 weapon in Magnimar. He's a level 6 fighter, really should have a +1 weapon by now.

That is correct! Takes 2 days and 1,000 gp of materials to turn a masterwork weapon into a +1 magic weapon.

Not an objection - but consider that Adamantine bypasses most DRs… it may be far more valuable as a material than a +1 bonus

It doesn't lose its material type just by getting a +1.

Nope, it just gets better and better. Cold iron is the one that is a pain in the butt to enchant. I marked the weapon as claimed by you and you have enough gold to pay for the materials to have it enchant, but Isabella needs to work in the time unless we can just say it was done retroactively during our stay in Sandpoint.

Yes, just ensure you subtract the appropriate amount from your running tally on the treasure tracker. I assume downtime that was needed was taken before you headed to Magnimar.
