@Lavanor: it would take a full move to cross the roof and leap down next to door 4. You could leap down from where you are and breakout a window. Or you could just try to break out the skylight and leap down afterward. The skylight version gets you into the fight sooner.

Regarding the items, I think we agreed Camil will take the MW bow and Trunt the MW thieves' tools. I don't know that any of us have use of the flute. Sell the mundane items.

I think the potion should go to myself or Zandril in case we need emergency healing while in combat. That said, how do we want to handle purchases as I think both of us should have a potion. Are we dividing up the gold and making purchases individually or are we pooling the gold and voting on how to spend it? I vote for pooling but can go either way.

@Ironperenti - Looking at the treasure tracker, it might be helpful to have a row for "Funds Available" since your current "Total" includes the value of items.

Sounds good. Runt is shocked by the very concept that she would be given squat! How do we determine how much cash each person receives? Do the items count towards cash, or should we just split cash after all the items are distributed and/or sold?

Frankly, after struggling with loot distribution in a few games I'm all for the simplest solution.

To say that Runt follows Lamashtu is not exactly accurate. She is one of those religious types that follow an ideal rather than a specific deity.
