Hello! While our GM is wrapping up another game and reading through the scenarios for us, I’m helping organize the party and find two (2) more Pathfinders, freshly made Seekers and ready to prove themselves to the Decemvirate!
The Party So Far:
Truth be told, I’m not sure how we ended up like this, but right now the party is two bards - albeit two very different bards. Arnaut is a charmer, spellcaster, party face, and exquisite buffer. Jordan likes to put arrows in people’s faces and then sing about how good he is at putting arrows in people’s faces.
Who Are We Seeking:
Again, two more fresh-faced Seekers ready to do some Seekering. Ideally, we’d love to have someone (or more) who can stand in the front and lay on the hurt. And while bards technically can cast healing spells, it would be awesome to find someone who has access to the “oh shoot” spells like remove curse, heal, and breath of life.
Requirements:
- Must be exactly 33 XP (So a character that just reached lvl 12)
- Must have full character profile available (PM me if you have questions about how to do this)
- Must be ready to commit to posting at least once per day (We’re happy to work around work/sickness/etc, but ideally that would be the exception and not the norm)
- Must have botting instructions in character profile (This is a long set of scenarios, so we want to keep things moving as much as possible)
- Must be ready to begin play soon (At the very latest within a week)
Interested?
Awesome! Leave a post to say so and tell us a bit about yourself - what’s your schtick, what roles do you fill best in the party, when you’ll be ready to begin, and any other information you would want us to know. We’ll be following up with folks who look like good fits for the party, but if there’s enough interest perhaps another GM will scoop up players for another table.
So, who’s ready to bear the scrutiny of the Eyes of the Ten?

I'd be very interested in playing through this with this character. I'll add a botme section shortly along with the icon and stat lines.
This character is a hunter with a giant praying mantis as a pet. He is an average archer and worse melee fighter, mostly just does average damage with nothing really standing out as a specialty. His pet, Kali IV, is the fourth in the long line of pets that have sacrificed for their master. This one has a fly speed and climb speed to rush up and attack stuff while I stay in the back shooting.
One of our specialties is acting in the surprise round and getting a full round using the Teamwork Feat Lookout and the Mantis's Sudden Strike. The other is just being stealthy using the Teamwork Feat Stealth Synergy.
The minis I used for this character for in-person games are amazing.

GM Xavier Kahlvet |

HA! This brings me to an interesting predicament. This GM alias of mine is named after my -1 PFS character, who is named Xavier Kahlvet. The problem: one of our players (Jordan's player) is actually named Xavier. So...I ask that people refer to me as "GM" or "Kahlvet" rather than "Xavier"
This also brings me to another point: This is not first-come-first-serve. I will be picking people based on the need of the party as a whole because Seeker-tier content can be brutal, so a balanced party (or a facsimile therein) would be more than beneficial.

Sahess, Lady and Senator of Taldor, would like very much to be a part of this. I will work on the list of adventures as well as getting my statblock updated. I am a Bloodrager 6 / Dragon Discple 6.
EDIT: What this means mechanically is that I am a walking tank (high AC and HP), and I tend to hit things as well as have a breath weapon. I'm mostly a meat shield except I also have the ability to talk to people.

Huh... not every day you find this particular set of scenarios available to play.
Unfortunately, I'm assuming you need a decent party balance for this, and not sure either of the two PC's I have available with 33 xp (another bard, and an old school summoner) are what you need. Especially given you're going in with just 4.
But, will make them available if needed.

Qstor wrote:I think you have another arcane caster?Ish. One bard is a caster and the other is an archer. But that's only 4th lvl bard spells. Does that count? I'm not sure.
I think they were referring to the fact that I have offered either a level 12 Bloodrager / DD, or a Level 12 Wizard / Magaambyan Arcanist (who can cast a limited number of druid spells, but is a full 12 level wizard caster also).

So, I am afraid I must be the bearer of bad news. Given the expected difficulty of Seeker-tier material (and the experiences of other players who have gone through the series), we are putting this table of Eyes of the Ten on hold until we can find a cleric/oracle willing and able to join us.
I'll be keeping everyone's information who has expressed interest here, and should we find the missing piece to the party I'll reach out and see who is still interested. Best of luck, Seekers, and until the Decemvirate brings us together again, farewell.

So, I haven't updated her profile in a while, but I have a bit of an odd pitch for you all.
My newly minted Seeker is Zhu Li, an Investigator skill monkey who's been the Dark Archive's resident drunk since she got her Wayfinder. (Never to the point of incapacitation, but she uses alcohol as the base for all her Investigator extracts.) She doesn't have spellcasting, being an investigator, but she literally can't fail UMD scroll checks.
And man alive does this woman carry scrolls.
One scroll every scenario at discount price, a nice stockpile of scrolls besides that, and a lot of prep money, plus the Dark Archive boon temporary scrolls that she can claim 3 of at the start of the scenario.
Not a complete pushover in combat, either. Kirin Style is fun like that.
She isn't your typical in-combat curse remover, but she's also not limited in that regard by spell slots, only what she brought with her. And thanks to Improved Improvisation and entirely too many skill points, she's damn useful in pretty much any other situation, too.
Thoughts? I can update her in a few hours for further review, obviously, but in concept, is that enough of a fill for the anti-bad-juju position?

Alright! Though, do keep in mind I'd need to restock before we left: I'm only including a couple purchases I've been planning in my current update; scroll prep is something I like party input on. No point in Haste scrolls for a party full of Transmutation wizards, no need for bless weapon if everyone's a Paladin, competence bonuses are useless around bards, etc.
Looking at my notes, I did deplete the library somewhat when I did Salvation of the Sages (No regrets, all 7 players lived!) so that's a thing. So we have some shopping to do to fill it out. Otherwise, I'll have the update when I finish it. I'm putting it in Cherrytree so that I can keep it organized then putting it on the profile, might take a bit. I'll post again if I can't finish before work.

Shiiiit.
I was rushing on my way out the door for work, but I left my sheets and laptop back home and can't have either with me at work.
I forgot my spellbook too.
The good news is, when I get home in 8 hours, all i need to do is boot up my laptop and copy/paste from Cherrytree. Sorry about the delay.

Alright, now it's actually done. Sorry again for that bit of shenanigans. I've been running around pretty frantically lately, but I should be getting some more time to myself in a couple days, which is why I'm eager to finally get to maybe join an Eyes group. We've had one group in our local PFS chapter run through it and they haven't stopped raving about how fun it was for the past four years.
