Well, it could be my first pbp experience as a gm... In english.

How do we do a signup sheet?

Making a sign up sheet:

1. I recommend a google sheet. You can look at MINE as an example.

2. Include whatever information you want to fill in (again you can use mine as an example.)

3. When you share it, make sure others can EDIT.

I will start up to GM it as well, will sort out the sheet over the week, got some irl stuff that takes precedent over PFS atm :)

Fixed now. Sorry about that.

Cause someone asked for information:

Quests:
Into the Unknown - If this follows like PFS, it will be level 1 pregens only

Pregens:
#1-00: Claim to Salvation (Level 4 Pregens)

Normal Scenarios:
#1-01: The Commencement (Levels 1-2) - Replayable in some fashion (Don't know yet if it works exactly like PFS)
#1-02: Fugitive of the Red Planet (Levels 1-4)
#1-03: Yesteryear's Truths (Levels 1-4)

FYI I am giving up a seat in #1-01 The Commencement and moving Agent_Eclipse up into my spot from the wait list, because I realized I was already signed up for that scenario with another GM! :)

Due to popular demand, I have opened a second table of Claim to Salvation to run in parallel. I have learned that if there is an open seat at a table, even if no event is assigned, someone will fill it.

Likely yes. If they're blank for now it's probably because the scenarios are still up in the air (since we haven't read them and know little beyond blurbs shared for Gen Con.)

Keep your eyes open and post in the game play thread to have the Station show up in your campaigns!

Do we know which character will be available? Do we need to make a Starfinder Society alias as well?

Your SFS # will be the same as your PFS # but with an extra # at the start. I think they said 700. So for example if your first PFS character was 123456-1 Your first SFS character would be 123456-701.

Some of the SFS scenarios will be pregen only. The one you signed up for will use level 4 pregens.

This should be fun.

I would be willing to run something, but having never run pfs, I figure there might be some process to run through to become a gm. (I also need to know if I need to buy anything, or if everything is provided for gameday events)

If I don't run a scenerio, I'd like to play, but as I can't use google docs, I'd need someone to put me on a sign up sheet (any of the scenerios is fine with me).

Speaking of sign up sheets, why are all the table's sign up sheets separate? Wouldn't it be easier to have sign up sheets by scenerio (for each venue), then for all the gms running that scenerio to take turns picking players from the list? That way there is no confusion over whether players have or have not been selected for a particular table? Also easier for players to not need to go searching for all the tables of that scenerio hoping to find an open one? A single spot to check and sign up seems like it'd be easier for everyone.

Sadly it looks like most of the groups starting in August are full... I did get you on a sign up for GM Psyblade's second table (linked above,) but it doesn't have a listed start date or a scenario number. The only other open table with a definitive start date is GM Polanco Pepper's lottery above if he'd be willing to let someone who isn't a new player join it. There's not much else... I'm on two different sign-ups for starfinder if you want to take one of my spots.
