EDIT: based on your profile I assume you desire at least one post per day. Is that accurate? Just want to know what the expectations will be before I start anything.

Based on my experience, you'll find that this is kind of the default standard for these boards. There are a smattering of GMs who want either more or less than that, but it's the default for a reason. Anything less makes it hard on both GMs and players to stay "in the moment" in the game. Games die if that rate isn't kept up, for the most part. (Obviously life is allowed to get in the way, but good communication about those interruptions helps smooth that when it happens.)

@Rorrim: Recruitment will start in about a week, once my current games finish, and I'll advertise here for players.

@Graywulfe: Newbies are more than welcome, evergreens are the perfect place for you to start. And I'm going to make some changes to my recruitment guidelines, but the posting expectation will most likely be once per weekday and once per weekend.

Oh, and the game will be core campaign, not regular.

I'll step aside for newbies as necessary, but this would be a fun way to start this core character!

Shoot, the character I have been putting together is definitely not core. He is an Oread Occultist. I will have to put together a Core character if I am going to participate in your game.

This little gnome is looking for a CORE game. Never been played.

The wife, a friend, and I are looking for a game for her to be able to try PbP out and see if it's for her. I'm pretty certain we would also have a 4th as well, if there are any non-core games coming up in the near future that could handle a 3 or 4 person party joining up together.

I'm looking for the 'Eyes of the Ten' scenarios.

I've played the first part, but the party collapsed. Ready to re-play the first part without creating spoilers for players or to join directly with the second part.

I have a level 12 monk looking to play Eyes.

I maybe, just maybe could be convinced to run Eyes again from the beginning. Would be interesting to run from a PbP.

I am... so relieved it's not just me. I freaked out a lot when I tried to see what all had been happening yesterday and the threads just kind of told me no.

Any idea on how long it normally takes for these to get sorted? o:

Alas, no. We're coming up on a holiday weekend too.

But there are lots of things that you can do in the meantime. If you have a recruitment thread, talk to your party reassuringly there.

You can also compose gameplay and combat posts in advance in Google docs so that you can be ready when the boards go live again.

Hopefully though, they'll get this sorted quickly.

I've been debating about whether I want to start recruitment threads in the campaigns that I am currently GMing, or wait to see if they solve this.

(I hate creating a recruitment thread for a thread that is not recruiting... If this problem persists beyond today, I'll do that because I don't want anyone to panic!)

I've signed up, but it seems like the table could go to high subtier. My bard is only level 8 yet. If it's better for everyone to be closer together level-wise, I'll give up my spot.

It is an early season game and with 6 player's it shouldn't make very much difference.

Hey DM S - would love to be in another game with you and Trex, and I've signed up for a spot. Do you think we'll likely finish up by PaizoCon, which starts May 26? That would condition my availability somewhat, or at least what character I'd plan to play.
