Harlequin, the Jester |

Ah, is that a thing now?
In that case...
Sometimes, I just stroll around in worlds, doing some mundane stuff as any other mortal would, too.
Sometimes, though, I reveal my Angelic Origins...in a way that will blind lesser beings
And at yet other times, there is no use for subtelty...or someone has true seeing...

TarkXT |

You are all quite scary, dreadful, or ferocious.
Meanwhile, I am a Tiny-size golden mask, floating in the air with thin tendrils of tenebrous smoke trailing down like the tentacles of a squid. I bob and weave, listening and whispering.
I'm about the size of that dragon's pinkie nail. :3
I was wondering if soemone was going the extra small route. :)

Hmm. Scary, dreadful, ferocious?
I'm sure my Large, six-armed Graveknight qualifies for all three, no?
And I can't find any awesome pictures of her like y'all can xD
Also, I think I found a potential weakness: her spell book.
Does anyone have a way around this, besides the Archmage's mythic ability or Spell Mastery?

I was a Tiny Fey in the last such game...figured I'll stay Vanilla-Size this time around. Even if it's the least efficient thing to do ^_^
@Rednal
Now, what would be REALLY interesting: If we both have an innate extraplanar space inside us, such as from a Handy Haversack...and then you pick up MY phylactery, and I pick up your soul-safe item...and then we both put them into our respective spaces, then both get killed, where do we come back?
(I know we can technically also just bag our own, it's just cooler with the interaction).

I'm just asking if I can implant it into a hard drive in my brain.

Cronossuss Fallen of Time |

Sariel: *Appears beside Cronossuss* How much would you pay to get out of here? ^w^
Watch's Sariel appear and reapper over and over again, each time saying the same words. Cronossuss lights up a smoke, takes a long deep drag on it unmakes the soul she was playing with and then lets Sariel out of the loop of her own plain.
"Bad Sar bad he was none, now sweetie, I know this great bar, what ya say we go get wasted and paint the town red after, humm just need to find some red pain when we get there."
Evil look in its eye.
My idea for Cronossuss now is she/he is a 100% slacker, the whole idea of looking after time was nice, but well so much hard work. Cronossuss really can't be bothered most of the time. The idea is yes messing with time can be a real ball ache for a GM but when the PC is a slacker who has to be dragged into using such power, other then to get a new pack of smokes or get to another bar/party it works as a nice limiter and I hope will lead to lots of game play fun and high junks. Must really P-off some of the other fallen that Cronossuss is like this. "Come on change time, make the king evil" "Sorry party to go to" and zip. Lets me an the GM sets limits
Weakness for Cronossuss is of couse the LAWs of time, what ever the GM says they are. There must be a god of time some place who may get upset with Cronossuss messing with it let alone the angle that took his/her old job. The SOB will be sticking his beak in all over the place.

Yes. Build an extra dimensional space into your armor, concealed with magic to be very hard to find without knowing a passphrase. Then every morning you pop out your spell book and put it back.
Plus, you can leave backup copies of your spell book hidden all over the outer planes, for emergencies.

Arkothus The Fallen of Ruin |

The thing I would encourage in everyone, more important than numbers, is getting as high an initiative as you can manage.
The GM has flat out said dual initiative is a thing meaning you don't just eat one full attack but two full attacks or a set of spells followed by a full attack.
So best bet on our end is to never grant them the chance to go on the offensive.

Rednal |

Fun fact: Things with Dual Initiative get a +20 bonus, and take their second turn 20 points lower in the Initiative order. XD In many cases, the goal would be to stop them from getting a SECOND turn.
@Mordred: Presumably, within our storage spaces. Which Sariel would promptly Plane Shift out of. Incidentally, a Handy Haversack is much too small for such tricks - you'd want a Bag of Holding. Like my Type VI one. XD

Gosk Tereus |

So when you see Da-Mavet, it's a bit like this.
Pardon, that's when you don't see him.
When you see him, I'm yet to find a picture, but it's a broken mash of scars, badly healed wounds, twisted limbs and tattered black-feathered wings.

MordredofFairy |
on a completely unrelated note, if anybody has no idea on what to spend his innate item-cash....
there's a suggestion that will scale really nicely with our opposition, double initiative or not...

Iaidionnel |

Rynjin |

I don't have a convenient picture, but I picture Jadgael as still being largely angelic looking. Maybe silver robes with red trim. Red eyes, blond hair, and burnt out angel wings (just charred and skeletal remnants).
He'd probably affect a more elderly form when using Change Shape, unless a younger disguise is called for.

Areniel |

Any chance that someone who has enough time to be super active in this thread could post a list of all the names/portfolios that have been declared?
I'm busy tomorrow but Tuesday if I can shift some things around I might be super irresponsible at work and start building something and I don't want to be too similar to anything that's already out there...

Areniel |

I posted a list early on, and we haven't had TOO many changes to that...
Any chance you can link it so I don't have to go hunting? (I can't believe how long this thread has gotten so quickly, actually yes I can this sounds really fun!)
I'm considering possibly trying to build a fallen of drowning and suffocation (a former servant of a costal god worshiped for calm seas and favorable winds). I don't think anyone has anything like that, possibly because it's oddly specific... I just worry that it could be too limiting...

Tamlakos |
1 person marked this as a favorite. |

Also relevant is which people are still building - I think a decent number of people were lost in the process.
Edit
Think I might need to make an alias because I think I want to change the character name. My character backstory says he's a fusion of two fallen angels, so I generated a new name, but I think I used a demon name generator instead. Dunno if it's that important.
Edit:
Here's everyone that posted since page 13 (little less than a day), in no order. No concept list, since Rednal has that, but I find account urls and aliases might be helpful.

I'm also starting out as tiny, but I switch between fine and medium as needed.
I think this is what I'm going for
p.s. I've added some amount of healing for constructs and undead. 152 points/day, but it will help out.
Still working on a name for the angel of pattern.

Mamoniel |

Welp, bar finding and grabbing some more Fiendish Powers, spending some additional cash and fixing all the 'Oh God why did I do that?' 5am mistakes, I think my character is done. I do plan to add to both the personality and appearance sections too.
Feel free to help me find my horrible, horrible mistakes. The maths involved in a 13th level Tristalt game with Templates and unique powers is ridonkulous, and I can't believe I haven't made a few.

Johnnycat93 |

If I can piece together all of these crazy (awesome) rules into a character I will post them as soon as I can. Was there ever a link to the fiendish powers?
Rule is: find something you want, ask the GM for a price. 30 FP total to spend. Myself and a few others have posted a few of the powers we asked about and their related cost. FP can be spent in place of RP (1 to 1).
