Whereupon, immediately, right next to Vare, a huge bear shaped fire elemental appears, yelling as Anahita, probably to anyone within the Cafeteria's range of hearing "Vare-- a female shape shifting plague carrier from a fallen life pod, Imperial, is headed to Kuros to affect the population. Gather defenders, immediately!" Her voice booms out loudly, being 'huge', though oddly enough while her shape and size might instill intimidation if she desired it, that is /clearly/ not the intention. If anything, the sheer mass and fire should be felt, but clearly is not, due to the nature of the form. If anything, it might even look awesome to Firebirds, after all, fire bear! (Though clearly an elemental to whomever is savvy in these things.)
Carl liks on as Arthur and Tinman fly off at grate speed.
After them he calls,
"I'll be at the School canteen getting me sen checked out, if ya need me call the Hammer."
Still wobaling a but, he looks to the school, He seems a bit drained.

Opening the door and going in hes greeted by a horror show, dead and injured, with others milling around, a great big Iron man come elemental grinding diamond, some kids having a shouting match, then a bloody big fire elemental comes in and starts talking about defending the town he just saved.

Professor Nix looks from one to the other, his eyebrows raising slightly as Grim brings forth his darkness. "Do none of you have any respect for those who have been harmed by today's events? Look around you. I appreciate that this is an emotionally charged situation, but you are not helping anyone, least of all the person you are all trying to help! Cease this behavior at once!"
Professor Nix frowns at Keme, "Mr. Tokala, you will report to detention after classes on Monday. Though I appreciate that you have reduced your hostility level, my statement required no response, and it certainly did not require your attitude, it required only cooperation. As for you staying here, that is entirely contingent upon whether or not you do as instructed. No shouting. No fighting. No threatening others. These are non-negotiable. The people in this room have been through enough without adding to it."
Nix turns his frown on Grim, and it deepens as Grim's darkness persists, "Mr. Grim. Since you seem incapable of controlling yourself in the face of mere words, you are a danger to those receiving care in this room. Leave the infirmary now please. Phaezeriel places his fingertips in very precise locations across Kitty's forehead and down the sides of her head, then he tips his head back slightly, and closes his eyes. Waves of light ripple out from his hands, and as each one passes those standing nearby, a very gentle push accompanies it. A low hum that pulses in time with the wave sounds in each person's mind.
Carl walks up to Professor Nix wile he talks to the out of hand young kids, then over that Phaezeriel and kitty then back waiting on Professor Nix and for the kids to brake from their stand off, he looks to be ready to say some thing then thinks better of it and just keeps looks at them.

Carl has no need of teleporting or taking damage as Hermes carries him to the school as he was ordered.

"Roger that, and thanks for the delivery. We may need another medical supply drop, though - looks like we have a biological weapon threat that made it through as well. Send it to the same drop location unless I say otherwise."
Tam ends the transmission, then gives Aananda a quick kiss.
"I'm going to go get our new present unwrapped and unloaded, honey - let me know if you need me back here, okay?"
He then beats feet out to the green, and enters the command codes to activate the Nest Egg. The whole thing lights up, and compartments begin to open and expand all across the oblong structure. He quickly does a system check, then sets the mobile nanofactory to work making new medical equipment and supplies, as well as getting the food assemblers to start cranking out replenishment for the Cafeteria.
Once he is sure everything is chugging along as it should, he patches into the Egg's built-in loudspeaker system.
As they start emerging from the Cafeteria, Tam gathers them up and gets them ready to start deploying equipment and supplies into the Cafeteria.

One of the professors is calling for all who are not affected by pathogens who can help to come with him to intercept her. They will have no way to deal with this - I am going with the professor to try and stop her.:
Taking command quickly of the situation - using his authority as a teacher, Vare steps forward, quickly casting a spell to magnify his voice to the room. "Calmly -- anyone who is protected or immune to pathogens, and would like to contribute, please come over here. Quickly, but calmly."
Fei walks over to the professor and bows respectfully.
"I am immune to both normal and paranormal pathogens and toxins, professor. If this is one individual, perhaps I can intercept her and physically keep her from entering Kuros...if we make haste. I will come and help however I may, regardless."

Hermes goes to find Melody, to give the healers time to go over Carl.

he goes over to the fire bear and Vare "uh I can't get sick, and I know a little bit about healing could I help?"
Carl looks on as stuff starts being carried in.

He is momentarily confused by the auras of life and courage
Walks into the room looking for Nala, and observes the argument between Keme and Ace. After the teacher's attempt to calm things down, Ryuzo approaches.
"I sense no deception from this person, where this topic is concerned." he says flatly to Keme.
he then says to Ace
"Were you successful in Tyrrin's observatory? Do you know where the dragon went?"
"Ya. I helped people here. My magic only works once a day though. I'm still kinda worried about Lang and Sorun. Chara and Dara are here somewhere."
"I don't have any magic that could help the injured myself. So I would be proud if I was you. I know your worried. I am a little too, but I bet they will show up soon. We just have to believe they will be here soon."

Ace nods at Ryuzo "Yup. Somewhere in Imperial controlled territory. I've narrowed it down to a pair of star systems. Which I realize isn't that helpful, but the power I used isn't all that precise." He says a bit apologetically.
She looks down at the bear and listens for a bit.
"Cariban says I can do a spell that let's me breathe water. I can take other people but it won't last long if other people come. Maybe we can find him."

Having merely spoken for a few moments (i.e. between rounds), Anahita in the huge, fire bear, form, looks to Vare and says, "I am ill prepared to combat this female, if she is that-- I hope that warrior in his giant construct will act decisively, or she may reach Kuros and act on her sadistic pleasures. She does not appear to be as easily stopped as I'd anticipated..." Looking around at those that walk up, as well as those that speak to not being able to assist, she takes a moment to dwell, but only a moment before looking to Vare again. Given her inhuman fire bear expression, it's hard to read what her thoughts are, if she's actually expressing much at all, not being human.
"From Kuros, look to the," she gives the heading of the diseased woman's approach, "my own fire form and the giant construct that gives chase. We have but moments to act and I cannot assist carrying anyone."
There's a hint of anguish in that 'failure' of hers, and then she's vanished once again!

Anahita will reappear where she had left before, only hundred feet ahead of the position she'd left, hoping to yet again, impose on the speedy female's advance to Kuros.
Hew turns back to Midori. "What do you think is going on? It can't be anything dangerous again, can it? Why are these things happening here so much? All the other schools I have been to sure they had trouble from time to time, but it was usually because I was trying to escape from some crazy teacher." He shakes his head in disbelief.

"I'm resistant as heck, but if this pathogen is a worry concerning so many people, i might not be able to resist it."

Mithros works the targeting crosshairs over the running girl, waiting for a chance to fire, when the firebear thing hits her, then winks out. He presses the trigger, sending four quick bursts at the girl.
Anahita tears into the girl with several swipes causing bruising and large gashes,
and lighting her on fire. Anahita then teleports back to Avalon, leaving the girl to run .. with no one else near her.
The girl's skin turns red-tinged again, and though she is still running very fast, Mithros targeting computer indicates that she has slowed slightly.
Then Mithros opens fire. The two inch shells carpet the area the girl is in, kicking up so much dust and vegetable matter that for a couple of seconds, Mithros cannot see the target. His thermal scanner shows one heat signature, roughly human shaped, laying in the dust cloud. Not the thin red mist that Mithros was expecting, but apparently enough to get the job done, in any event.

Carl gos over hes a bit wobbly on his feet, but says,
"I got a space suit see on my ship I put it on and its environmental sealed, makes me safe from outside stuff. I can go get it on and Teleport to you if ya like?"he holds onto a table to steady himself.

"If you are wary of it, then do not come. I will not compel you. However, I cannot sit idly by while so many innocents are threatened." Vare says between weaving of his spells, without a measure of hesitation or regret. He seems ready to sacrifice himself for the greater good, if necessary. Settro can feel a tinge of fear behind the words and in his emotions, but Vare is being bolstered by the presence of our Champion of Courage.

Ports over to where the girl has fallen...and casts status on her, to make sure she is as injured as she appears...

He zooms the visual sensors in to get a better look at the girl, his stomach in a knot, but he does not advance.
Carl taps his arm band and is ported to his ship, he staggers a bit but then makes his way over to the Air Lock Locker. Taking out a suit he starts putting it on. He taps the wall panel and gets the ship to find where they may be headed. Scanning the Mech he has a good idea he knows.
Soon as hes ready.
It is not so much getting a better look at the girl, as getting a better look at all of the pieces of the girl. An arm and a leg have been entirely severed by the massive shells, and the other leg is missing from the knee down; as well as three very large wounds in her torso and a large portion of her hip/pelvic area is missing.
Krays' status spell reveals that, somehow, she is still alive, and is in critical, but stable condition. On close examination, it appears that some form of accelerated healing started to work on her wounds, but has since ceased; her severed limbs do not have the raw meat look on the ends of the stumps, and the grave injuries in her torso also look somewhat sealed. But the healing is not still progressing.
