Mithros supports Ephebe as she gets more and more unsteady, until she completely collapses in his arms. As her eyes roll back, Mithros can see a flash of a vicious magenta seep into her irises.
Anahita, through her sense of life, is able to finally pinpoint the source of the virus. The tide of tiny attackers is streaming from every opening in the girl's body; and somehow this insane level of production is not consuming the girl utterly.
Ephebe, unable to resist the onslaught of the virus collapses, unconscious, held up only my Mithros. Her skin has gone chalky white, her breathing is very rapid, and her pulse can be felt thudding very fast through the gloves of the sealed suit. Underneath her skin it seems like something is moving; like thin tendrils wriggling.
After Krays arrives, and Mithros returns to BB2, there is a momentary lull. One of those moments in a crisis where everything seems to stop for a second; like an indrawn breath right before the screaming starts.
A voice issues forth from the life pod that causes everyone whose attention had been distracted by Ephebe's plight to look at the girl in the stasis capsule. A rasping, vindictive, hating voice, "The first one falls. Delicious. Good luck trying to save your 'friend'. I am going to find new toys."
The girl's body has changed again, it is somehow sleeker; like she is built for speed. This is proven by the fact that she leaps from the pod, through the wall of fire, and lands outside of the crater over twenty five feet away, and is already in a dead sprint. She is very fast. Even Aananda's true form would be hard pressed to catch her. She is headed towards Kuros.
Vare hurries up between Renkai and Ginni, since there was only one other here. He can't rightly tell who called for help and who is the dangerous one, but he has suspicions based on the Dreamscape aspect.
Taking what he can divine from their forms, Vare is looking at Renkai specifically, now standing next to him. He no Master of Diplomacy, by any stretch of the imagination, but he does simply say - in a calm, almost pleading tone. "Please. We've had enough death and destruction in this school for one day. Stand down."
However, Vare may appear to be a fool, he is not one. His hands are obviously set and ready to cast /something/.

Tryko'Sam nods and smiles at the impressive wings and what not then says simply, "Alright-- once I'm done, good to hear about Vare, we'll meet up. Count on it. I have a room if you don't, or maybe you two girls can bunk together? Not sure the plan there. We'll sort it out."
He grins a bit and then waits to see what Rena will do.
"Oh.." Rena seems to have a thought at that. "I don't have my own room, and Asha doesn't either... maybe we should use your room? I share a room with Vare, and it's not that I mind if he would join us... but I think it may make Anahita jealous. Though honestly I rarely have a clue what that girl is thinking, to be completely honest."
Seeming to think for a moment - and sidling closer to the shirtless Tryko'Sam while she does so. "I think the Headmaster is probably too busy to deal with enrolling Asha and I as students right now, so our rooms may have to wait until tomorrow. Would it be alright if we stayed with you tonight?" With that, she's practically all over him once again - hands running across his muscular chest and back, and given that Tryko'Sam's only about four inches taller than her, she only has to reach up slightly to kiss him on the cheek.
Again - none of this is "sultry", or at least intentionally so. Rena seems to enjoy the sensations of /everything/. Maybe her new body is extra sensitive, or she's just not used to skin.
As Fei reenters the Cafeteria, over the din he hears yelling from the hallway just outside...
"Help!" she yelled louder. "Someone help! This student, Renkai has had a mental breakdown and poses a danger to to himself and others! Please, someone help restrain him! Preferably before he actually succeeds at killing someone!"
Hearing the cry for help coming from outside, Vare pushes himself to his feet quickly and sprints out into the hallway.
A look of....irritation...crosses the young monk's face. He quickly follows the professor to the door. Given his evident exhaustion from summoning so many celestials, he wants no more needless bloodshed this day...

Mel looks like she is about to say something before Arthur leaves but glances toward Jiminy and closes her mouth afraid to cause any more trouble than she already has.

At some point in the next few minutes, Lang spots a metal ship hovering about a mile away. He could swear it was following him.
"I don't know...do you know any way to neutralize a rapidly mutating disease?" he asked, only half paying attention as he listened to the radio reports to figure out what was going on."She is infected, Sunbeam. You need to find a way to contain the area. And neutralize the disease. I don't suppose anyone has tried casting a remove disease spell yet? Lang looks off to the side noticeing the ship. what is this? I hope they aren't from haven? nah wait that couldn't be they don't even know where we are really. do they?
Lang looks to Simba.
Ok Simba, lets go see who that is. they might be looking for the school also. could be a shuttle from the evacuation.
Lang pulls the reins on Simba directing him to bank around toward the metal ship.
when he starts to get a little closer. (within about half mile) he starts waving his arms trying to get the ship's attention.

As the trio steps in to the cafeteria Hew starts stumbling. He tried to regain his footing but he justed didn't have the strength to stay up right. He tumbled to ground releasing Midori's hand so she wouldn't be dragged with him. "At least - we were able to - make it here - before I used the - last of my strength." Hew told his freinds as he pulled himself to a sitting position against a wall.
Zilla squecked with surprise and worry as he fell.
On the way in, they must have spotted Grim-kun out in the hallway, and Midori had waved to him while holding hands with Hew-kun and Zill-chan.
Midori /tries/ to catch Hew as he tumbles to the floor, but she is neither quick enough, nor is there enough power in her little body to stop that kinda dead-weight fall.
As he's being propped up against the wall, Midori sits down next to him, and pulls him over so that his head can rest on her shoulder. "I would carry you, Hew-kun, if you couldn't walk." she says evenly, though there is a little doubt in her voice. Hew was bigger than her after all, and she wasn't strong to begin with.

With surprising speed Keme places himself between Kitty and Michael and Michael finds the business end of a kukri preventing him from getting any closer to Kitty.
Keme glared at him coldly.
"Someone followed Kitty out to her animal hospital. And that someone stabbed her in the neck so many times it nearly severed her head. And then slaughtered every animal in there. Kitty was able to be brought back and apparently her familiar wasn't as dead as it looked, and now they're both looking at you like they're scared of you, and so help me if you did this I will kill you," he said with deadly seriousness.
"I.. I didn't.." He looks past Keme at Kitty and Saffire with a look of uteer despair. Why were they acting like this? "I would never hurt them! I love them!"
As they walk into the hallway nothing seems to change.. until they look back and can't see the hole Dave melted in the wall, just a hallway that branches off into three others.
After Arthur leaves (possibly with the robot) Mel glances up like she found the courage to say something but it was too late, he already left.
Mel instead gets up snd goes over to Jimminy. trying to get his attention to let him know she is there but also waits patiently for him to acknowledge she wishes to speak with him.
she knows what he is doing is important and does not want to be too much of a distraction.
"Negative, Sunbeam! That is not a good option! Aside from the fact that my sister and her mate are in the blast radius, there's no guarantee that would kill it...you might just add radiation sickness to the problems...you're too close to populated areas to be using that," Jiminy said urgently into the radio.
"Uhh, well this lady out here is trying to keep whatever it is at bay with a firewall spell, but she said she doesn't have the correct spells needed for this, whatever that means...wait one."
Sees Krays arrive
"A kobold just showed up and is tending to Ephebe. He's cast something..."
"Boss I don't wanna kill this girl, but...we can't let Agartha get infected right? I'm gonna power up the shipkiller and stand by..."
He climbs back aboard the mech, and takes off...
"I may have to nuke the area here to prevent spread of disease. You may want to clear out."
"Alright Boss. I'll stick to convention- Holy s%%%! She just sprang out of the pod and is heading towards Kuros! In pursuit!"
He flys after the girl
Krays casts remove disease and remove curse on Ephebe, hoping that will stop the advancement of the disease and restore her to normal...

trying to help keep their minds off of the tradgedy of the situation.

His features soften as he bows quickly and then kneels down.
"Are you three alright? I am part of the Infirmary staff - does he require medical attention?"

he doesn't even bother doing anything to renkai. The magic users have it.
"That will be enough, both of you. Our community has taken a grievous blow. The worst possible thing we can do is fight amongst ourselves. So please, /all of you/, stand down. There will be no more bloodshed today, if I can help it. Will you do as I ask?" Vare says, his thoughts shifting away from the girl momentarily, especially as he had heard the jingle of a chain of some sort being drawn. "The other issues we have can be resolved when the school is not in so much danger. Is that equitable?"
Midori's golden eyes and horned face look up at Fei thankfully. She's obviously worried about the boy who's head is resting on her shoulder. "Hai, sensei. We are alright. Hew-kun is just exhausted, I think." Her accent should be definitely familiar to Fei, and the fact that she's wearing a shuriken holster would likely indicate that she's a member of some ninja clan or other, from the same region of Agartha Kitty is also from. The girl is no older than 11 or 12 though (with no signs of puberty yet apparent), and is uninjured at the moment.

Wyrd looks at the strange-looking man, though his carved iron face shows no change in emotion; it is mobile enough to do so, but Wyrd either doesn't care how you look, or is very good at hiding his feelings. "I take up less room in the room this way. And these must become powder. Apparently the diamonds used to fix the dead must be powdered." His voice is very deep, and with him embedded in the floor, everyone nearby can feel it through the floor as much as hear it through the air.
Hew looks up to Fei. "No. I just need to rest. So I can replnish my energy."
Zilla looks over Fei with a red face. Any questions she just nods to anwser. Midori may notice Zilla being really quiet around a boy, which is really odd for her.

Though her speed is nothing to compare to the maximum operating speed of the massive mech, her acceleration and her lower inertia give her a head start. It will take some pretty spiffy flying to get to her before she reaches the edge of the devastated area.

With a few words of power, Krays eradicates the disease rampaging through Ephebe's body. He can feel the virus resisting and fighting back against the cleansing and drawing power from the positive energy that suffuses Ephebe's body, but his will is sufficient to the task and Ephebe is once again whole. With her personal invasion repelled, she begins to regain consciousness, opening her eyes to see the worries face of her mate bending over her, relief flooding his features as he sees a terrible magenta glow fading from her eyes.
"I see. Well, it's cheaper if the clerics do it, so... Have fun win that."
he turns and walks off, leaning against another corner.

The monk is a bit of a contrast at the moment. He wears a gi apparently made of living plants that looks dark and quite sickly, but he himself appears perfectly healthy and...perfectly symmetrical (to Midori's mind). Most unusual...but oddly comforting to the young ninja.
He throws a wary glance into the hall, noting the kusarigama now dangling in Renkai's hands (and the lengths to which it could reach). He gently scoops up Hew in one arm as he says to the other two "Let us get all of you inside where you can be more comfortable, and out of reach of...any further dangers."
"No," she agreed. "No mortal person has that kind of power and i'm not even sure if the gods do either...bad things happen sometimes. I don't think knowing the reason would make this any less painful..."
"I'm just grateful that you're still here with me."
"No." He agreed. "I doubt it would, it but it may help the recovery process. It could also hurt the process." He tells her while snuggling close to her.
"I thought this place was suppose to be safe, but in the first week so much has happened. I'm afraid of what could happen you or Mel. Assassins and attacks all in the first were what else could going wrong?" He sighed knowing something was going to happen and soon.
The largest mass was diverted fairly sharply down and to the west as it began to tumble and spin.
Mere moments after Renkai pulls out his weapon, everybody standing outside the cafeteria sees a cheetah boundng down the hall, heading straight for them. It leaps into the air, to cover the last remaining distance, and as it lands in front of Ginni, Ace takes its place, quarterstaff in hand.
"Back away from my girlfriend. Now."
