Midori felt slightly gratified that Hew-kun also had trouble pronouncing some of the words in Common. "Don't worry Hew-kun, I know you're not trying to pry." Midori says back, still in hushed tones herself. "Maybe you could show me? I still don't think I understand."
Hew watches as Zilla leaves. "Ok. I didn't want to do it front of Zilla, so not to embarress her." Hew reaches around Midori and then pulls her close. Slowly he leans her in to his opposite arm. She was now laid back so she could look into his face. Her body could feel his heart beat. "This was how he was holding her. His hand was on her cheek and her hand was placed on his chest." He looked in Midori's eyes. He was so close to her, he could feel the warmth of her body.
"OK. I will sometimes. Not all the time, though."
He curves his neck around her and makes a deep dragon-purr noise.
tarka scratches him behind the frills, just like he likes.
"I can help you swim. I can just look at the place where he took us if you want. Maybe he's there. You don't have to come if you don't think you can."
She scratches the kitty's head as he follows along.
"No I don't want you to go alone After everything that's today. So just give me a quick lesson then just help me along." Zilla told her with a determined looks.
He keeps purring. He seems about to go to sleep on the table.
He yawns.
"Where do we sleep here?"
"I don't know. I think you normally get rooms, but not right now."
igni is nonchalantly roaming the halls, forging a sword without really looking.

Raising a few bear eyelashes at the term griffon, Anahita grins a bit, then blanches again, and then says, "Jivana considers them quite adorable and sexy. Baby griffons are the bestest. Those were her words."
Sighing once more and then standing up, Anahita says, "I had planned on staying outside for the weekend, sir... who's name, I have either forgotten or not been properly introduced too." Speaking to Fei when she says this, "However, if you wish, I am happy to assist right now, with your crater issue. Vare, I do not want to leave you alone, though, what will you do? Perhaps you can speak with whoever is in charge and get some sense and more precaution through to the keepers of this defunct woman we took down earlier? I do not trust their ...constructs, in our places of safety, let alone near the other students."
That said, she raises up to her full height, stretching like a bear would, made of fire that doesn't seem to burn around her.
"You put your hands out and pull like this. And kick your feet."
She demonstrates.
She wades into the water.
"Hold my hand and when I do the magic you need to go under quick cause you can't breathe air anymore. When you feel it start to fade then you swim up as quick as you can no matter what you're doing. OK? Ready?"
"Maybe we had one before bad things happened. Can we look? I'm sleepy."
He yawns again which is kind of terrifying due to his jagged and pointy teeth, but more adorable due to his size.
"Maybe. Do you just want to sleep here? I don't sleep, and i want to watch over everyone in the night."
"OK. The table is hard though. Not soft like grass was."
Asha giggled. "Tryko'Sam!" she said breathlessly, jumping off the bed where she and Rena had been 'playing' and rushes over to him. She seems to have found a change of clothes except that she also seems to have lost the top part which appears to be hanging off his bedpost. "Hmm...I see why Rena said you were distracting," she said running a finger along his chest. "Anyways, you said we could use your room tonight, so we decided to wait for you here....come and play with us," she added with an inviting smile.

Tryko'Sam proceeds to 'play' with the girls, no doubt, and there'll certainly be a few things noted.
One, he doesn't bruise or get red skinned for long. Two, he doesn't seem to get tired, and is very attentive, creative and receptive with both their company. Third, ... well, fade to black.

Normally I don't get any thoughts from him, but tonight he's been...it's like he's shouting out how much he hates everyone. He alternates between following Mel around way too closely and ignoring her completely...he's kind to her when he's around her if a bit overprotective, but doesn't seem to give a crap about anybody else. And he's crazy good at stealth."

"If you wish to go to tend to what you are best at Anahita, then I will not deflect you. I would like to spend more time with you, though, as I feel we have let a few disagreements foul the air between us. Specifically, I would like to speak more on Bradley, and what I... on what I have seen, where he is concerned. I cannot say overmuch, as I am kept to a confidence on that matter, but I do wish for you to understand." Vare says quietly, his full calm having once again returned. Clearly, he has nothing to add regarding Valere or Jivana, beings of which he had never heard. What was this place? Dreams, Life. How had he never heard of any of these beings in all his studies?!
Not dwelling overlong on his failures in the category of research, Vare turns instead to the present. "I will return to the school and council those I may that this is not something to be ignored, or put to the side for later, while you work. Where may I find you later, if meeting again would please you?"

Zilla nods After the deminstration. While wading into the water it was obvious her cloths were not made to get wet. Luckly it was to dark to see through her clothes under the water. Once she made say to Sara she took her hand and readied herself to dive. "Ready."
igni give a somewhat blank stare. He glances at his book, then closes it.

he seems to be thinking quite hard, lost in thought for quite a while.
"Eh. Give me a minute."
roel slides off, coming back with any empty vial he can find. He scrapes a part of himself off, and pours it unto each spot with incredible dexterity. The acid is more effective then most anything you've seen, and it starts melting through the material underneath the spots too, before it finally neutralizes itself.
Mel watches Roel do his acid work.
perfect. You are a natural at this. I'd give ya a high five but I kinda need my hands, don't want to have em eaten by acid. but the appreciation is there just the same.
Mel slides the board into its spot. and closes the access panel.

Midori looked back up at Hew-kun, feeling his arm supporting her and trusting him to do so. She gently placed a hand on Hew's chest as he had mentioned, and simply looked up at him. Hew can see a moment's confusion in her eyes, and uncertainty as well, but then it is gone, and she's simply looking up at him with a soft smile, her golden eyes looking straight back at him, apparently resolved not to look away as long as he didn't. She feels... perhaps a little small. Her muscles are not impressive in the slightest, but even as he's holding her, he can sense her lithe gracefulness - years of training in stealth and acrobatics no doubt have paid off.

Anahita nodded as she remembered Fei's name, though, perhaps, not immediately his appearance, it would seem. "That is correct, I'd not seen you in some time, you were injured or something, Vai watching over you in some odd ... 'pod'. I trust you are well, apologies for forgetting your name." she gestured a vague shape-- then the engines of Carl's ship roared fiercely and flew the vessel away.
Watching in a silent, frown, Anahita clearly burned brighter at the sight of the departing craft.
"I do not like that. Metal should not fly in that manner-- though, my mind starts to spin at the how and why, to allow it to do so." Anahita frowns lightly at the notion of a flying ship, not having seen the like, though vaguely having heard of whispers of the sort.
Then looking back again at Fei, she adds "Your mate, Vai, spoke to me, before I vanished on her. I must apologize for my rudeness. I think she meant to assist. What shall we do now that that, /thing/, has flown off? Return to the school? Who is in charge of the situation?"
Carl flys over to the hanger and lowers his ship into it, the killing the power, he unloads the Cargo of Pod and Girls cyro unit into the Hanger space, ready for it to be taken away, then he starts the task of cleansing the ship of any wee besties.

Mel goes for the real thing to "make it official"
splat. It doesn't really sound pleasant, and your hand gets engulfed for a moment. You may not be burning, but you are sticky. He doesn't seem to be giving off any emotion you can see. He doesn't say anything, and collapses back into his regular, formless state. After a moment, he bubbles out
"Thank you."
