My dad is hauling me off with his buddies and making me go on a hunting trip with him all this weekend. So at some point today I'm going to drop off and you may or may not hear from me until Sunday.

I actually did pick dark speech, but I didn't know about the feat or special fluff that you seem to be using. I actually just named it dark speech to be different from black speech in lotr. I have only been able able to find a feat and a reference to dark speech after doing a google search though, so I don't know much about the source you are using.
Considering my character knew of ngathau, it is reasonable that she knew of them from same studies that taught her dark speech, but given the sudden and surprising (from my perspective) addition of related game mechanics, I'll let you decide if it is the same or not.
(Shiara knew dark speech from dealing with the darker forces of the universe, which is part of whart lead to the empire hunting her down. She passed this knowledge on to the reaplings she made. Both Shiara, and most reaplings are neutral, so no real moral issues come into play about it.)

Vickory - the Dark Speech I'm referencing comes from the Book of Vile Darkness in 3.5 (one of my favourite 3.5 source books because it makes evil evil). It is meant be to opposed to the Good version, that being the Words of Creation.
However, I also imagine it being similar to the scene in the (extended) LOTR movies, when Gandalf chants it in Rivendell. So obviously we had similar thoughts. The main clash I see is that the Dark Speech I'm referring requires a feat investment. This is the trouble with too many sources. How about this as a compromise: Vickory needs a DC25 Will save to negate the effects. Sound fair?

Tybs likes Rena. Not Rena-likes-Bradely like, or touchy feely like, but he isn't like that with people for longer than a hug out of habit. Most people hurt to touch. Them and him.

If things go poorly, then [redacted] and if they go well, then [redacted]. *shrug* For now he just doesn't have enough information to really understand why he's in this position.

Tybs is good at helping other people out with this. He can operate as "the gay best friend" when they want to talk about it. Or romantic support if that's needed.

It really just makes a lot of sense to him.
Dave is the first person he's been able to have physical contact with without the equivalent of wearing black clothes on a hot day.
He doesn't object to all of the built up touchy feeliness from said condition.
He got a hole drilled into his chest to kill a thing that hurt him.
He brainwashed him into liking him in the exact same way that he did to Raelle to be his girlfriend.
He's been overall protective and possessive of Tybs since they met.
As confusing as it is to him, Dave seems to be a very viable match.

Also, sorry for the lack of game posts....all the sneezes make it hard to focus. I had to take nose spray to pretend to not be sick so I could go to class and it is making me both a bit loopy and very sneezy. What I really need is a glass of wine and bed, but I don't dare with how bad the side effects from the nose spray already are. But if I'm really lucky I'll be able to get a few posts in here soon. Or I'll pass out. Not sure which.

How exactly do they occur? Are they more or less anomalies? I'm guessing only super powerful beings can possibly attempt to create one to Agartha, but even then its likely very difficult.
Edit: What do each of the Champions auras look like? Specifically, ie perhaps Krays' is black while I believe Yrrin's is gold.
So far all 'portals' to Agartha were either created on it or accidents that can't be replicated. Lyn may have more to add.

I never had the impression auras were a singular color as much as a signature of the Patron, perhaps infused or mingled slightly by the Champion.

I agree with this. Ephebe's for example, was described similarly to an ever-flowing 'sand' type effect (as in, the Sands of Time), whereas some of the other descriptions seek to inspire emotion rather than, say, colour.
Remember that the auras aren't necessarily restricted to mere sight - and certainly not to any colours that we mortals would recognize. These are mind-boggling powers we are dealing with, and our characters have been equipped for such things by their status as Champions. We need not restrict ourselves to what mortal senses might offer ;)
