Update time on my condition.

Friday I had another Cardioversion as the one I had in 2023 didn't work properly, or my heart had relapsed?

This time I can really feel the difference, my heartbeat is steady and I have much more energy. So Monday back to regular updates.

One thing about the Cardioversion, it shocks your heartbeat back to the proper rhythm, it also leaves you feeling like you've been beaten up by Orcs. So I'm having a nice quiet weekend of lounging round and not moving much. :)

Health isn't the best at the moment. Nothing too serious but very distracting.

The Cardioversion I had mid-august worked wonders and I've been feeling the best I have for years. So naturally something else pops up to remind me not to get too cocky. :)

I know you've had a lot going on lately and I just felt like saying how much I appreciate your games. You're a great GM, you keep things moving on the regular, and you have a fine sense of pacing. You also just seem like a swell guy (in the complimentary sense, not the "yet another health emergency" sense).

I hope things are going well for ya and look forward to continued gamestuff. :)

Yeah, when I went into hospital for my heart they also said I showed signs of Sleep apnea. So I was booked into a Sleep apnea study at another clinic.

Drove out to the clinic, had sensors stuck on me and was sent home to sleep. :)

Finally got the results and yes I do have severe sleep apnea. I'm now waiting to be called back to the clinic for treatment plans.

It's not constant, I can go for a while getting normal sleep, then I'll have a week or two were I'm unable to get any real sleep and it does really slow you down.

So fingers crossed that there is some solution because I'm a big fan of a good nights sleep. :)

Good that they got to the bottom of it quickly. Hope the solution goes jjst as smoothly.

BTW looking at some people's HP totals (myself included0 I would definitely have channeled a couple of times to get us all freshened up for the banquet.

Channel: 6d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 5, 1, 5, 6) = 27
Channel: 6d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 5, 6, 5, 1) = 24

Anyone who isn't full, add that to your HP totals. Can't be hosting a dinner looking all beat up can we?

Given Es isn't well, she can't really flirt well, but Es does have slight of hand and could try and distract the Sorrinash and give one of you a chance to get her out of sight?

Ash has slight of hand of +8, and no current penalties. Though she would never think to use it like that herself.
