RD 2: Mohrg, Demonic
Rising above the stone as he hovers just above the large rock near the cart. The bat-winged monstrosity looms nearly ten feet in height, its skeletal, dripping body a tangle of bones and writhing entrails. He is chanting in foul language and send his unholy blessing towards the mohrg fighting Grung.
A malevolent darkness surrounds the subjects, protecting them from attacks, granting them resistance to spells cast by good creatures, and weakening good creatures when they strike the subjects. This abjuration has four effects:
Each warded creature gains a +4 deflection bonus to AC and a +4 resistance bonus on saves. Unlike the effect of protection from good, this benefit applies against all attacks, not just against attacks by good creatures.
A warded creature gains spell resistance 25 against good spells and spells cast by good creatures.
The abjuration protects the subjects from possession and mental influence, just as protection from good does.
If a good creature succeeds on a melee attack against a warded creature, the offending attacker takes 1d6 points of Strength damage (Fortitude negates).

Unless I am mistaken, Felicias goes before Grimm in the initiative order, so does that mean Grimm is at 0 this round and can act this round?
The dwarf remains still as the Morhg's move away despite the little dragon using the wand.
Once activated, this ability lasts until the combat ends, at which point all of the bonuses immediately end. The inquisitor must participate in the combat to gain these bonuses. Felic goes before Grimm and you are at 0 HP after she cast the CMW on you. You are still paralyzed. Cure spells have : verbal and somatic components. Unless you have some means (feat or ability) around those components you won't be able to cast that spell.
A paralyzed character is frozen in place and unable to move or act. A paralyzed character has effective Dexterity and Strength scores of 0 and is helpless, but can take purely mental actions. A winged creature flying in the air at the time that it becomes paralyzed cannot flap its wings and falls. A paralyzed swimmer can't swim and may drown. A creature can move through a space occupied by a paralyzed creature—ally or not. Each square occupied by a paralyzed creature, however, counts as 2 squares to move through.
