Was it ever determined if Livain could take an action or not while she was holding down the fog?
I figured it was something similar to how she held down the snow in the battle with the bear. Not sure though.

Life is a bit hectic at the moment as work and my position of changed due to the low oil constraints in the market right now. 36 bucks a barrel is not good and a lot of decent people have been let go. At the beginning of the year our Client is going to let everyone know what they plan on doing for the upcoming year and if that is a warm shutdown then all of us may be toast. No oil flow, no work.
Somehow I doubt that it'll be this way but fingers crossed.

It is very possible that the black goo is a physical representation of Pazuzu's corruption here so we will see if that works.

The animal part of Rhavenna's make up is very strongly reminding her that she's in the presence of an apex predator.
Being the perfect size for a dragon to carry off and eat for a couple of meals before your body has the good graces to let you die would likely give a Centaur certain unkind feelings toward such beasts.
I can imagine Rhavenna might have similar feelings toward Rocs.
Amusingly you have a trait that helps with draconic auras (centaur vengeance) but its only a +2 so it won't do much with that low of a roll.
Wallace on the other hand lives in a world where dragons are the baseline for fears. Most days he needs to laugh at his fears lest he break down into gibbering madness.

It occurs to me that dragon flight and roller coasters have a large number of similarities.
Its hard to get much more metal album cover material in a fantasy game than riding a dragon through a howling winter storm.

What he could do is swing once more, get you in the proper line to shoot toward the cave and assume humanoid/animal form.
Then he'd could slip through the ropes dropping into the storm where he can then resume dragon form.
The other option being after assuming human form he gets caught by the ropes trailing Rhavenna and gets dragged into the cave himself.
