Looks like the rules for dragon craft weapons stay the same as normal, they just cost more. IE take longer for Livain to make.
I'd just add a decent DC boost to emulate it. I'd say +2-4 region.
Well what I really want is a b+&!!in' hat but then everyone would try to steal my dragon hat.
Though were the dragon a red I'd want to try and make a chef's knife or some other flat blade. Id deals fire damage all the time. Knife that doubles a camp fire for cooking/lighting things on fire? yes please.
Though the idea of making one piece of clothing out of each dragon we slay and wandering into town like the most brutal color-blind clown troup in the land amuse me.

Wallace Boyd |

Oh joy, a trap to reward the clever thieves that manged to get this far.
Welp, best of luck all. My spell list today is only going to help against ghosts and undead guess I can whack em'with my mace?
EDIT:
Clearly there was nothing ever here. Wallace is just being a madman again.

DM Corerue |

Hehe. Sleep in airport and post to wrong thread. My day is off to a fun start. XD
The spoilers in the game thread are for those searching the alcoves and such I added wite a bit to speed things up some. Such as hand waving identifying magic items As 1) your going to figure it out eventually. And 2) your here for a few more days anyhow.

DM Corerue |

DM Corerue |

I know right! Its beautiful for a Teifling trying to be one of the Redeemed. However when he drinks his mutagen his demon blood boils to the surface, its a fun gestalt. :D
We just got to the end of book 1 and temporarily this is how he appears, so much fun to imagine him. Granted it makes RP difficult but its worth it xD Tiefling crusader! Whaaaaaa?!
Waiting on everyone else to post, I believe Livain is waiting on more response on gear or weapon choices for the Dragon bones and skin. I am using an alternate system as the standard dragonskin is really lame... OOooooh My druid can wear full plate. :P

DM Corerue |

A Magus / Alchemist Gestalt is loads of fun. Bombs for rng attack, Magus (Bladebound / Kensai / Finedflayer) for up close. Mutagen to up his dex, feral mutagen to give claw and bite attacks when spells are low.
At lvl 5 I have 27 AC with mutagen and chosen weapon out xD. It'd be 28 but my armor stops my dex from rising 1 more point of AC. Add Shield and its 31, just crazy. Granted our DM isn't making it easy on us. Enemies are tougher too. We have a 16 person brawl and our party is 3 people. Granted the 16 people were regular and slightly tougher cultists but we burned up tons of resources taking them out. Color Spray is a damn good spell I tell you...
Despite my class being under optimized it is fun. :)

Wallace Boyd |

I've made wallace's opinion known. Doesn't sound like either of you are terrifically interested in a Dragonbone weapon, Dragonbone/scale armor for wallace is basically a waste due to how 'Meh' his AC is without magic aid.
My idea for dragon scarves with endure elements(cold) and/or minor cold resistance on them is spawned of the old rule that dragon armor dropped the price of elemental resistance enchantments by a fair chunk.
I'll craft the alchemically durable arrow shafts for your dragonbone arrows. Might even make a small number Flight arrows in order to maximize range possibility. 1d6 or 1d8 with a shocking grasp attached is still quite painful after all.

Wallace Boyd |

So armor man, he look something
Like this?
Or this?

Wallace Boyd |

Ok, lets change the game plan here then.
Wallace is going to use the fact that the Knight is a follower of Abadar to his advantage. We are absolutely in the right looting this place but our ancient ghost doesn't really grasp that.
However as a follower I am going to hope that he understands what Abadar's truthtelling looks like. (Pretty sure it used to be a symbol of Abadar appeared over the target if they were successfully affected by the spell but I can't find evidence of that)
This however should give us the legitimacy needed to start a dialogue. If that knight attacks us without verifying that we are in fact brigands he can't very much call himself a follower of Abadar, aspect of Law now can he?

Wallace Boyd |

Excepting the fact that it has Adabar on the school list after the classes that can cast the spell. That is to say you need to ask said god nicely to use the spell in normal pathfinder if you don't already worship him.
I sidestepped that with a scroll but the point remains it is absolutely a spell of adherents of Abadar.

So just to show everyone I have the most amazing wifey ever. There I am having a s@!% day at work and I'm talking to her on the phone and she so nonchalantly goes
Amazing wifey: You know we still need to watch the avengers when do you want to go?
Undeserving husband: today...?
Amazing wifey: ok let me see what time it's showing.
Undeserving husband: REALLY!!!!!!!
So later tonight we are watching it and I repeat I have the most amazing wife ever in the entire multiverse.

Wallace Boyd |

Hopefully I have time to go see it this sunday. Momma' bear is busy and I can get tickets for five bucks.
I'm going to hope that the lyre in question is one of building. Because you can get into some shenanigans with that thing.

Wallace Boyd |

So for look from the castle trove.
2500 silver pieces
2100 gold pieces
120 platinum pieces
Three notes of credit (likely expired but possibly still useful if maintained by a long lived race.)
Totals 3550 gp
Then for magic items we have
A magic reinforced dragon skull (for show) ??
Huge +1 spiked gauntlet 2320
+1 mithral chain shirt
Staff of life
Map desk
I'm assuming the +1 mithral chainshirt is going to be used by Livain, Wallace will be taking the Staff of life.
The magic desk seems tied to the castle so we can't really sell it.
So not counting the price for the dragon skull
4710gp added to the communal pile.
I assume it will go to hawk who will distribute an amount of it to us after making sure everyone has a share.
For ease of use I want to convert my share into crafting supplies so I can make my own stuff. Need to restock my alchemical supplies and start making use of my Craft wonderous item feat.
I still have no interest in Dragonmade items outside of a ritual knife and a scarf.

Wallace Boyd |

L4 Get:
HP: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7 Oh boy, dead average.
+1Bab/Fort/Will
+1 1st and 2nd L spell per day
+1 wisdom (20! woot)
2 more rounds of bard song Badass speech.
Learny touch is now a DC 25.
Also.
MUTHA#$%$IN' SKILLLZZ!

Rhavenna |

HP: 1d10 ⇒ 1ugh
+1 BAB, +1 Fort/Ref
Skills:
+1 Perception
+1 Sense motive
+1 Survival
+1 Knowledge Nature
+1Heal
+1 Knowledge Dungeoneering
+1 Con
Air Blessing:
Zephyr's Gift (minor): At 1st level, you can touch any one ranged weapon and enhance it with the quality of air. For 1 minute, any attacks made with the weapon take no penalties due to range. In addition, making a ranged attack with this weapon doesn't provoke an attack of opportunity.
Plant Blessing:
Creeping Vines (minor): At 1st level, upon hitting with a melee attack, as a swift action you cause the creature you hit to sprout entangling vines that attempt to hold it in place, entangling it for 1 round (Reflex negates).

Wallace Boyd |

*blink*
So Rhavenna would have 60 (+4 if FCB) hit points.
Man we are boned if we end up fighting something powerful enough to really hurt and tough enough we can't take it out quickly.
Outside of using charges from the Staff of healing there is no way I can output that much curative power quickly.
Reminder to self.
purchase more healing wands, both Livain and Maiathreen can use Infernal healing wands.

Reposting from elsewhere
Alright all you fishing faithful I've got another one for you that comes straight from today!
I get home have a sandwich and start digging up my rods one ultralight to once again catch pompano or whiting (note I didn't catch either of these today). And one rod set for shark now most people when the set up for shark take a big rod and feel maybe 7 ft rod with a pretty heavy duty reel. Well not me! I go out with 8lb test line and a light rod made for trout and stuff of that nature. So I get back out went to Mexico beach again cast out my ultralight rig and catch a few catfish not sure why they are out so heavy right now it's actually irritating.
Finally I catch a pinfish well he gets cut up for the main event. Cast out maybe 5 to 10 minutes later my rod bends over and I start to hear drag being pulled I quickly switch rods and end up fighting a fish for at least 20 to 40 minutes I'm letting this fish take out line to wear it down....well I look down and see I've got no line left I can see metal never ever a good thing. So I finally start leading this giant shark only thing that this could have been. Well I see some more innocent bystanders hanging out in the water so I manage to get him to turn back the other way. I've got him in "close" or at least closer than he was before when my line snaps. [EXPLETIVE DELETED] i just lost steel leader and my whole rig it snapped somewhere above my shock like 50/60 lb test to protect against abrasion and steel leader for teeth. Well I'm tired I spent all day at the plant lifting 10 to 15 pound equipment all day so of course I re-rig and get some more cut bait on my hook.
Not 5 minutes later rod bends over again! So I begin the whole process once more. At first he swims into shore and I can see a 3 to 4 foot shark cruising along in maybe knee to waist deep water when he suddenly flicks his tail and all I hear is the sound o line being pulled out of my reel.
Well I probably go back and forth with this guy for my father in law says about 45 minutes when I finally get him to the shore line and we are able to grab him by the tail and get him out of the water!!! He's about 4 ft long and somewhere between 50 to 60 lbs I'm still trying to figure out what kind he was we let him go to swim another day damn that was awesome :)
I like pushing my rigs far further than they were intended to go but I almost bit off more than I could chew this time I'm thinking a rod and reel slightly larger than this one just to make sure I don't exhaust the shark to much and end up killing him. Almost thought this guy wouldn't make it which would have sucked they are so cool. Actually a great white was recently caught in my area which is weird since they don't normally come over here.

So my son woke up at about 2 am with a really hoarse cough and unable to talk. After a quick ER visit found out he has Croup and got him a steroid. So far so good, now I have to worry about the 2 year old having it as well.
So its not 5 am and old daddy hasn't had any sleep (was just about out at 2 am when he started coughing strangely.) so posts may be missing today as not only do I need to get sleep but I have a Hazmat test to go do. Woo!
Also on that note for everyone. Always ALWAYS make sure you have a handy supply of vitamins to keep your immune system up, along with other essentials. A spare inhaler is not a bad idea either for quick airway clearing. Especially for those that live alone. Being an asthmatic I can't take the chance as an attack has the potential to kill me. Unlike my kids they don't appear to have my conditions. For which I am thankful!
Anyhow. Good night! XD See you all most likely tomorrow.

Wallace Boyd |

Corerue you always have something happening. Seriously did you knock over a mirror factory? O I dunno, set a Leprechaun's house on fire?
So are there any requests for magic items once Wallace gets his share of the loot in crafting supplies?
I'd been thinking of crafting a few more Anytools, I know I'd said that Rhavenna would be amazing with any of the magic horseshoes. though Horseshoes of speed seem like the best bang for the buck right now.
I'm thinking I could capitalize on the creepy flavor I've been having Wallace give off with some Pendants of the blood scarab which would effectively mean reaching into another reality and altering the fate of your sword swing. All at the cost of some measly blood, great deal right?

DM Corerue |

Probably, drama comes to me a lot. But its my first time as a parent dealing with Krup or however its spelled. Sorry about that guys ^^;. Though growing up as an asthmatic I am always concerned over anything that disrupts easy breathing. :/
Been trying to have a couple quiet months but now we have two major fires near my home. Granted I am back at work but its seems life continues to be problematic.
I am wondering if they will activate me as a backup firefighter. I am a trained volunteer and my knowledge of heavy equipment helps with creating fire breaks. So far they haven't, not that I am afraid to go it just means it'll be a rough month financially.

Wallace Boyd |

*frowns mightily at real life issues.*
Well just know that while we might just be lines of text on the internet I am quite happy to wait.
@GM Post.
I wanted to know how much crafting materials I could have before I started making a wishlist.
Replacement alchemist tools and minor magic items will be high on the list. Anytools, elemental resistance gear and other stuff that makes travel in cold lands easier.
Thinking on it I'd also be interested in a Belt, shirt or banner made out of the dragons remaining hide.
I'd been considering the idea of making a banner out of some of the remaining hide and using the Soulstone I collected to enhance it with the power of a dragons soul.
Effectively ensuring the Dresskel will fly yet again. But that pun is painful to my brain so I might just save the dragonsoul for some other bad situation that my obtaining of it has brought on.
As to the rest, interesting.
