I am also here, collecting stories, hearing tales.... teaching peasents the finer points of philosophy and by Philosophy i mean possibly teaching them how to defend themselves without needed arms and armor and the like.
Looking over our party we are very much team stealth. Our lowest stealth check is a +5 on Krogge I believe. I almost feel sorry for the bad guys... well okay i dont.
I'm working on drafting an initial gameplay post, including individualized entries for each of you to establish your place or arrival in town, as well to introduce a little of the knowledge your characters already have about the town.

Anyhow, once the haggling at the docks finishes, both groups will discover a mob gathered in front of the herbalist's shop.
That's where the whole party will meet and the first full encounter will unfold.

You easily recognize him as Ergin Tock, owner of the Sitting Duck tavern. The place is too close to the palisade's north gate for most residents' comfort, so most of the patrons are travelers, adventurers, explorers, or local rakes who cannot risk visiting the Rouge Lady for raucous entertainment.
The tavern was originally built by a retired adventurer, Larden "Ferret" Kried, but ownership eventually passed to Tock when Ferret supposedly returned to the adventuring life. There was some scandal with the deed that Tock produced, with many locals assuming it was a forgery.
These suspicions were bolstered by the fact that Tock used to work for Gavel Thuldrin Kreed as hired muscle.
Effect(s) Whenever you spend a day without gaining reward or treasure (at least 10 or more gold pieces) or spending an hour on entertainment or pleasure, attempt a DC 20 Fortitude save at the end of that day. If you fail, you begin the next day fatigued. This fatigue lasts 4 hours, or until you receive a reward or sufficient entertainment or pleasure.
I plan to play this as innocent as possible. I feel that meeting a bunch of new friends would count to her as pleasurable entertainment. Do I avoid the roll?
Between getting paid by Laurel, having your meal covered by Jak, and the overall experience of meeting new friends and visiting the town for the first time, no roll is needed for this first day.

I like that, but it is limited to specifically /that/ weapon. As in the actual heirloom. You can't use anything better, and you can't upgrade it unless you use Masterwork Transformation.

Folks. Our life here has been ssomewhat up ended One of our Housemate's elderly mother has been neglecting herself to the point where she has to move in. So we have been doing what we can to make the house elderly ready, make sure she's got a room set up, and prepare for the transition of having someone whose politics and beliefs are very different from our own now present.

My plan for Krogge has been to get to level 2 and pick a combat style and then reevaluate. I'm starting to think a few levels in vigilante would be cool with the way the campaign seems to be heading. I could be the Red Rook haha
