Flint is a catfolk, a cat person with a coat of soft blue-black fur the color of night sky. He stands about 5'4" with a couple inches added by his wide-brimmed woven hat or his ears when his hat is off and hanging behind his head by its strap. His cat-like eyes are constantly in motion taking everything into their soft gold depths. His compact and sleek muscles are covered from below the elbow in his brown tunic, the usual outfit amongst the loggers of the town. He also wears similar brown trousers and a darker brown traveling cloak. Within this outfit is the more important uniform of his heritage: midnight blue and tied closer to his body, his stealth outfit is essential for moving around unseen at night. His tools are also carefully concealed in his normal outfit, but easilt reached from his belt in his stealth suit.
Flint, named so for his nearly black fur, was born as a member of one of the more respected ninja families of Golarion, but was not fated to remain. While learning his family's skills, he found that many of their targets were political enemies of whoever had the most money. Believing strongly that it was wrong to kill on contract, Flint escaped from his family with only his knowledge and his short Wakizashi blade, vowing only to turn it against those who would harm and opress the just. After a few months of traveling, he finally arrived at the town of Falcon's Hollow where he obtained lodging and employment. They put his skills to use climbing trees to clear the tangling limbs, bees nests, and other obstacles so they could be cut down. After spending 3 years with the company with his pay falling and work load increasing, he's starting to feel that there may be some his vow may be put towards. The last straw for him was seeing one of his fellow woodcutters worked literally to death without so much as a copper piece given to the family he supported.
Flint is very quiet and respectful to strangers, but quickly becomes good friends with people who show him they can be trusted. He can be very persuasive at times, but a bad judge of character, which is likely how he came to be employed for the logging company. Flint has a strong sense of right and wrong, and always stands up for his morals, whether it's upfront or in the middle of the night.
