I'll be in China for the next two weeks, and I'm not sure what the internet situation will be there (especially, whether I can access google drawings). In the worst case, I might go black until the 21st.

I am more than happy to play anything out in campaign posts, but I also don't want the minutiae of spell scribing to slow us down.
GM Kyshkumen - Can we assume we can get writing supplies at the Nachis sisters, and come and go to transcribe spells (perhaps over the course of a few days)? Or is this something we need to negotiate with appropriate NPCS?
Davros - Can we assume Aodan and Davros would cooperate and share, or would you like to play it out?
Spell book notes & musings:
1) I hope (and assume), that according to the contract we will be able to come and go from the manor (to buy appropriate ink at the Nachi's sisters) before officially ending the investigation of traps and guardians. (There still is a Shae left, so technically the party hasn't finished yet.)
2) It looks like there are 87 spells, which would cost a total of something like 7080 gp (and 87 hours) to transcribe all (assuming Spellcraft checks could be made). Aodan currently has 306 gp (enough to cover many of the first level spells and a few higher level). Depending on whether we can come and go (and possibly oer the course of a few days), I can prioritize which spells Aodan wants the most (that fit within his current gold and/or potential reward gold).
3) It obviously would be most beneficial for Aodan and Davros to divvy up copying, with the idea of sharing later. (Assuming Aodan can put aside his prejudices of Qadirans - but at least he considers - rightly or wrongly - a slave to be less of a much less of a threat than a "noble" or merchant/trader.)

... but Zilchus and Eugene could spend the time tracking down leads in town.
Zilch is unsure what leads need to be tracked down and, moreso, what leads *he* needs to track down.
We have some rumors to research, but not sure that Zilch would want to start on those before he finishes here.
What is Z missing? (outside of a positive charisma score)

The eventual cost to Aodan and Davros won't change, as each has to pay to write it in his own book. If they need to copy with their own current funds (before they get their reward), they'll need to coordinate how many they can get with current funds on hand (as well as see if the other can make the spellcraft for a spell he desires if the other fails).
Aodan's desired spells to copy - if he can use money from reward and/or Davros can copy some

As it struggles to stay on it's feet Davros strikes with his blade to deliver the killing blow.
Well, Davros finally killed something. Guess its time to call this game. :)

Wow. I didn't think this was a serious post. Your last in game post was Thursday.
Should we find another or call the game quits after we finish this section?

I care little for the personal hygiene of this cerebral crustacean. As the knights of my order would put it: charge!
GM Kludde, hanging out with our mutual friend Auke. I think I knew him before you did...but he's telling me all about your metoric rise from 1 star to 4 star as a PFS GM. Small world.
DM Kludde
Ah, great! Send him my regards. Are you at Gen-Con? (that being the most likely place for such an encounter)

Ayep.
Also met another of your players (or explayers), a guy named Steve (aka Cyrus the Flea but I don't know what yahoo he played in your game). You have quite a following Kludde.
You're a regular Zilchus. ;)
Eugene Bely Prestor
Eugene's changes are mostly:
+6 hp
+1 wisdom (which brings me to 16, so some skills and will saves have gone up)
Two skill points, which lead to:
+4 spellcraft
+4 appraise (makes sense)
Davros Al-Assadsarenrani
Davros - level 4
+4 hp
+1 Int
Shocking Grasp
+1 language (going to take Draconic)
+10 skills Ranks (+1 Acrobatics, +1 Diplomacy, +1 Knowledge (arcana), +1 Knowledge (planes), +4 Perception, +1 Spellcraft, +1 UMD)

Yeah, forgot about the extra AoO for the "ranged attack" part of the spell. I thought it was wierd that firing a bow would auto-provoke but casting a ray-spell through it could be avoided with a concentration check. Provoking makes more sense.

I'll be at a con Wed-Sun. Reception may be spotty, so I don't know how well I'll fare in updating.

Same here with the job, I'm just hoping our settlement times overlap :). I'm currently really busy, but I hope to get in a better position within a month or so. Settling down and recruiting will probably take a while?
