Just so I'm seein' right, 0 PA earned for part III, 1 PA earned for part IV, plus the 5 for the chronicle boon. And it's 5 exp for the whole series?


It is 5 XP for the series, and honestly I can't even find out how much PA for the rest (if any). It's kind of FUBAR.

From what I could tell, it's the standard alotment of a possible 2 PA each, one for completion, one for secondary success conditions. I dunno, with the change back in season 5, it's hard to keep track still and we're already wrapping up season 6, haha.

Won't argue with Eyes being a bit FUBAR with all the campaign changes and story progression. Don't get me wrong, I relished the chance to play, and again want to thank you for running us through it, but now I see why a replacement retirement arc is so badly requested.


Of course I will also note that as with all PFS modules, you probably have little enough idea of what actually happened. You really need to run these things to know what is going on.

Ain't that the truth, hahaha. I can't count the number of times I'd sit down with players after Chronicle sheets are distributed to say "This is what was really happening" or "This is who that guy is" or "Here's the story on this place". It's often difficult to shoe-horn in all the information needed in the middle of gameplay without laying everything out and spoiling the surprise.


If you have any questions, feel free to ask so you actually know what happened. It's all tied into the shadow lodge story line. Kind moot now that it's 4 years later.

I think my one question is... who let out those prisoners and for why? Adril and his clones were the ioun stones, so was it the Decemvirate member what released them? If so, why? Did they think we were the ones going to kill him/her? Could they not see our actions in trying to stop him throughout the other three parts from their observatory room? That's what I'm baffled about.


The Decemvirate member did release the prisoners as a means of self protection. She though they would complicate any attempts to infiltrate the tower. She was not aware that Adril was hidden inside an ioun stone.

I don't know if the Decemvirate was paying attention to your mission. They do have a lot of pots on the stove.

We did start with 6. One dropped right when we started, then Savage bailed about halfway through.

But yes, best to go with six if you're online.

So as far as becoming venture captains - is there anything we need to do other than tutor the new character? Do we change anything on our profile etc? I guess it does not matter much since not many mods for 13th level characters.


I have no idea. I didn't make Venture Captain (because the Decemvirate member in our case died, and the GM didn't let us breath of life her).

There is really nothing in the module about the details. You just get to give a stat dump to some future character.

There is a vanity or two in Pathfinder Society Primer that Venture Captains get a discount on. Otherwise, you can now introduce them as a Venture Captain if you play them in modules and such.

It's been an interesting game to run. I could have done with botting so much, but at least it is done. Glad to see everyone enjoyed it.

I think in the future I will avoid running PFS stuff because of the inability to replace people.
