If I may, may I spend 1xp into politics? I believe...that is a 1 for 1 expenditure and I have 1xp left yes?
Also sorry for the long pause. A bit of writers block and also trying to find as much information as I could about my own Sire vs that of his opponent takes a bit of time to make a Pro Con sorting when you get distracted and frustrated.

Apology for my long absence, Santa gave me a stomach flu or dysentery for all I care as a christmas present.
I'm back and starting to reading a wall of text now...
Worry not much of it happens away from Dunstan so it will make it easier to sift through.

Vacation plans got canceled. I will be trying to update the Campaign Info Tab this weekend as well as updating my offline campaign notes.
Likely I will update again Sunday evening as a result. This will also give a few people who have not posted in a few days a chance to catch up.
As we are nearing the end of this scene and moving onto the next scene all players receive:

There will be two more scenes this evening both shorter than this one. Some of the PC's will be away from that scene but most of you will be in attendance. Then you will have some end of night time to wrap things up before Court begins the next night.

By tomorrow I will have all of the Statistics which are important to our new Social Combat system for ALL NPC's present (in case you want to start politicking those who don't have a vote but might have influence).

Child sleep difficulties set me back a bit...
I will update tonight but will tally up rolls at the end of the scene once all rolls are complete.
Tomorrow night, I will move the scenes along to the next portion of the night. Any rolls not made can be made LATER on that night as they do not all need to be in succession.
@ Alessandro - I did not answer earlier, yes I believe that if you are properly specialized, the 10's will count twice.

Our Gangrel unfortunately has informed me that he is unable to continue to make the commitment to posting. As a result, I have reached out to a few people to replace that Clan in Gameplay, Cantor will still be an NPC.
Once everyone checks in, the next scene will begin. That scene will be much shorter and structured than the prior one which was very sandbox.

That one was by the book.
The DC for the check is 6, the Sin on the Road was a rating 5. Your HUmanity is a 7. For each point below your Humanity rating is ABOVE the Sin, the DC is raised, thus for Alessandro, DC 8!
Though if you ask Xing and Michele they will confirm I am a much kinder and gentler DM than I used to be....

So basically it's a self regulating feedback loop?
It wants to keep you no higher than 5.
How do you regain Humanity?
It is mechanical and yet not mechanical at the same time.
Vampire was initially envisioned as a "Storytelling game of personal horror". The idea being that the longer you exist the more likely it is that you will begin to falter and become less of a man.
To retain dots of the Road of Humanity, you must emulate Humans. But as you interact with them you are forced to use them as sustenance, sometimes control will slip and bad things happen the guilt of those acts forcing your Humanity ever downwards.
Only strict adherence allows one to be a Paragon (Road Rating of 8+).
Regaining Humanity can be done mechanically (2 x current rating per dot).
I am also considering a Roleplaying system for regaining Road points based on practicing NOT violating tenets of the Road. More on that when I have a chance to breathe as I need to think it through more!
