FYI Alessandro, in case you were wondering, the NPC you are now currently encountering was a PC in my former table top game from which this PBP was spawned. The player, who was controlling the Volkov's before he stopped playing in this PBP, diablerized BOTH Gesu and Michael the Archangel, fully played out as part of the Bitter Crusade module a few years back. It was quite an intense chronicle...

I have restricted Willpower increases with Freebies. Sorry if I did not note that in the Discussion thread anywhere. Willpower is too useful to be so cheap, a houserule I have had for some time....

Not a ban. The cost of raising Willpower is 4 per dot not 1 per dot. I will allow raising of Willpower with experience points though s the game progresses. The reason for the restriction is due to years and years of running Vampire games where players would max out on Willpower with no story rationale for it. I know, I am punishing current players for past players bad behavior but still, it is my ST policy.

The Great Thread Migration
Clearly, I was never able to get to this in mid-May as I was hoping I would.
My plan at the moment is to try to get this done over my Christmas break.
Once I have accomplished this feat, I will let you all know.
The idea is to convert the thread (up to that point in time) to a Word Document to make it more easily searchable. I will send this document to anyone who wishes to PM me their email address. Once that is done, I will create a new thread from scratch where I will try to keep up with the migration on a more regular basis.
Because of the detail and sheer number of NPC's I have introduced it will make life easier for me and hopefully for all of you.
Crossing Over
One of your ilk has finally crossed over into the world of the Kindred.
As the thread moves forward, more and more of you will be embraced. I hope the fact that the Embrace has been delayed in favor of the back story is ok with all of you. I suppose it must be or else I would have had a revolt by now!
That player will obviously lose time during the by Day portions of the story. As less and less of you are human, there will be less and less day time activity until this thread becomes a by Night thread. At that point I believe we will have a coterie and the more traditional playstyle of a collective group will make posting a bit easier for me and so the game will start to, I think, move at a quicker pace.
In some ways, I think the game as a PBP has made for a more robust story as you are all able to achieve individual goals which in a table top format would never be achieved, at least not in this much detail.
I am still semi-vacationing, though I did manage to get a post up....
I am hoping.......to get Fedirico's pipeweed farm purchased and run into my " missing" countryman.....
I am hoping that those who have already become don't get left out of too much of the day-time activities.
Of course I have no idea who has or hasn't been embraced.
Eventually, you will all be left out of daytime activities :-)
