Doctor Evil I see that you have Selena for purchases of mead and scribing scrolls on the loot list spread sheet. that is fine but would you place my starting wealth in then so I don't have to track in on my spreadsheet. It was 500gp in scribing ink and 167.4gp in left over coin. Thanks.

You had 89 gp before the party shifted you a share. The new gold you have on hand is 481.89, not enough to "buy" the Cloak of Resistance that was given to you for free.

You can decide to donate what you wnat for it, but the group isn't expecting any action -- I don't think...

Where did I go wrong on your accounting? I've tried to keep pretty good track but sometimes things just happen.

(I can manage that, although I might need to sacrifice one of today's spells to masterworkify both the armour and the guisarme in time for our investigation considering I was using my other 2nd level slots to craft scrolls. I'm more than happy to drop bull's strength today if so.

There's an opening in my Mummy's Mask game if anyone is interested. It's GM'ed by Lucendar, a regular on the boards, though it has been slow through the first part. We're only starting the second tomb, so you haven't missed much. We're really looking for a fighter-type. Currently I'm a melee Ancestors Oracle and I'm the best we have.

Would you be ok with another magus as they have spellcasting but can still tank with shield spells and mirror image. I have been wanting to play a magus and haven't gotten in with one yet.

Looking at the gameplay thread and will get something up tomorrow. With a 15 pt buy though I am thinking more of a sword and board two weapon fighter or a paladin. What is the starting wealth and any other items I should know about? Are alternate racial traits allowed?

What are the thoughts on having a paladin in the group? Reading the plays guide it mentions the undead scourge as a decent archetype.

Here is what I came up with for the crunch and stat block. your typical downtrodden half-orc who was belittled by others until the church took him in and trained him.

Left him at starting gold of 150 as I did not know the specifics.

Also third trait is undead crusader with the drawback xenophobic from being constantly belittled by others.

background:

Like so many other half-ors, I was patronized and belittled by others. My orc heritage demanded that I retaliate with brutal force and squash any and all opposition. The worst was a family of witches that would hex me daily. I fought the urge to react with vilonce to the ministrations and quickly grew stronger because of it. I still wanted to lash out but knew better. This would only lead to more conflict and rash outbursts. I knew something had to be done so I joined the church of Sarenrae. Through faith I learned to control my actions and impulses, but more importantly, that it was okay to release that righteous anger against the enemies of Sarenrae. During my training I came to despise one group in particular: The Undead. They were a travesty upon Golarion and must be dealt with before they could spread like a plague upon all. Being in Osirion there were plenty of undead to focus my wrath upon.

Before leaving the church, Father Ralu sent me on my way with 3 blessings. First, the weapon of Sarenrae, a scimitar to strike fear into my enemies no matter where they might be located. Second, a set of armor to prevent most of the blows from the undead but not too heavy to cause problems in the heat. And third, these words:
It is the heart of the person that matters most. When you truly know someone's heart, that is when you can do the most good. Beware those that do good but their heart is black. Likewise, do not judge too harshly those that do not follow your ways. Others may not be as strong of character as you and have followed different paths. In the most unlikely of individuals you may find your greatest support. Stay true to yourself and my Sarenrae guide you on your journey.

Just throwing this out again but as of right now I am going to keep cat's grace and a bull's strength as second level spell buffs. These seem to be the most widely used buffs for the party at this time as it helps AC, to hit and damage.

1st level will be enlarge person to get reach for aOO's. If at anytime people want to offer suggestions I will be more than willing to listen. unfortunately I did not prepare for combat this much and have more utility spells available. (touch of the sea: worthless right now)

Likewise with Seldon. Having ran the first half of skinsaw murders before I didnt want to be TOO prepared... but I also wasn't expecting us to power through so much in one adventuring day. Tomorrow Seldon will allocate his resources a little smarter.

I am so tempted to take improved Init next level at this rate. At least the ghost missed this time. Next round I might not be so lucky.

i try to keep it current. With the game post associated with each entry listed so you can go back and look it up. What amount do you show? I must have missed Tunder's purchase of any scrolls as they are not on my file for him either.

Likewise, Mirela is pretty low on funds after purchasing her masterwork transformations. On the whole, we're pretty poor for nearly 5th level characters, though I'd heard before that RotRL is pretty stingy on the loot.

I am hoping that should we get a chance to return to thistletop and finish clearing it out we will find some loot there. We never cleared out the lower level and that is where all the money is at.

Hopefully after we finish with foxglove then that is when I am thinking we can turn our attentions that way. Definitely need to take things one step at a time and Miri is at the top of the list with foxglove.


Seldon: Don't you have to take a Good Domain spell in one of the second level slots? Since you are a one domain cleric, its align weapon. Which do you drop -- paralysis or communal PfE?

Also, what Orisions for the day?

Selena would decline the healing if it is in the morning as she is only down 1hp. Don't waste a spell on her right now.

I looked through the posts and I didn't note it. The purchases were 2 scrolls of Gravity Bow (50gp) and 2 scrolls of Lead Blades (50gp), which brings my total too 509.69gp.
