A little late in saying this, but I like the Improved shield bash-option. :D I shall look forward to your use of it with interest - and when time allows, I'll upgrade your shield.

It's fine if we move Lefrik's new AC-booster up before the homunculus. With the right scroll and an assist in casting the actual spell, I can get a +1 Amulet of natural armour ready for him in one day. A +2 amulet would take four days, though, so... Yeah. ^^;

Yeah, I originally floated it out there as an option...but then I realized it was probably the best possible option. Also, I forgot that I took Butterfly's Sting back at level 5, so I've been running with it this whole time, but have apparently elected not to use it. That could have saved a whole mess of time awhile back. I realized something was up when I took a second look just a few moments ago and realized I was a feat short.[/facepalm]

I think that's a bit more mystical than I want Bruendor to get right now.
That said, if he and AB start working closely to build magical items with his new weird and disgusting natural magics, and starts using wands regularly, then maybe I'll take that a few levels later.

That's why I have been just putting the value of stuff in the loot sheet, rather than making you roll for it. Saves time, and you aren't likely to fail anything at this point.

Kel's share of lootz can go towards gear for the party.
Also, her Coat of Stars is +6 now, so Bruendor should take the mithral chainmail +1

Tell you what, Kel - let's trade. You take the adamantine chain shirt, and I'll take the +1 mithril chainmail. While you're not likely to run out of hours for your Coat of Stars ability, it can't hurt for you to have it on just in case. Plus, I think the inherent DR 1/- applies, even if your Coat of Stars is better than the armor you're wearing.

Sounds like we're going to head back to camp and see if they have anything else for us to do then? Or do we want to hunt around for more demons as it's been all of an hour since we left camp this morning? AB's got a new wand he can use and once we're healed up I don't think we used that many other resources.

So keeping in mind AB's crafting plans, where does our loot stand?
So, last week I saw a $150 magnetic dice tower made by Wyrmwood, and just had to see if I could make my own. Magnets are still on order, but here is a test run with everything held together by painter's tape. I can't wait for the magnets to get here so I can stain it and take it to my next RL game!
I am leaving for a family "vacation" (read that as traveling halfway across the country to visit my wife's family and go to our niece's wedding) tomorrow and won't be back until Monday, whereupon I immediately leave for a 3 day business trip. I should have plenty of internet to post 1-2 times per day, but I won't be as constantly on as I am normally (when I get bored or stuck at work I tend to just refresh the paizo forums every few minutes). It shouldn't impact my ability to post daily, just letting you know in case the worst should happen (no internet, yikes!) Also, I probably won't be able to make map updates, so we'll just have to use our imaginations...maybe.

I was a bit confused why you were rolling twice, but just realized it's a x3 weapon. If the creature's not enhanced in some way, I think you just one-shot it. Brimorak, DEAD!

I've seen a lot of people say they hate the elves because of this AP. I don't know if that's due to something still to come, but so far, I haven't felt that at all (sure, Kaer's a jerk, but the rest seem OK). If these are because of changes you've made, GM, good job! :)
It would be really easy to play the elves like total pricks, but other than Kaerishiel, there is nothing in the module to say they are treated any way other than valued mercenaries. Sure, you aren't elven, but as long as you do the jobs parceled out to you, the elves don't particularly care (after the initial meeting). Fighting against drow is really all the motivation they need to see you as allies. Maybe not friends, but allies.

From what I remember, the elfhate comes from something in a later book. And I don't have a problem with individual elves being jerks - they're individuals. Elves as a race being jerks, well, that's not Golarion elves.
I'll admit, I'm not reading all that far ahead. I read through the modules all at once when I was first looking into the Ap, but haven't recently...and that was 3 years ago.
Ah, maybe that's the problem, Misroi. I know very little about this AP, which I really enjoy (and don't even own the modules, so there's no temptation to read them as there is in a couple other games I'm playing).

Sure. You guys are essentially on light duty. You could even beg off patrols and other duties to do your crafting.

Alllrighty! I'd like to buy and scribe Magic circle against evil for the big fight.
That means I can also craft an item. I'd like to do a homunculus for scouting purposes, but I can also see a need for a Belt of dexterity or I could upgrade Lefrik's greataxe into a Demon bane weapon.
What do you guys think?

What other supplies do we want? I have 1 antitoxin left, but probably want to buy one more and think everyone else should do the same. We have a wand with 41 charges. Anything else we need/want?

Adding Bane to Lefrik's greataxe will cost 6000gp, making it a 6 day upgrade. You only have 4 days (at most) to work. scribing the spell and crafting the homonculus (assuming its base price isn't more than 3000gp) can be done.

Can I use the rules for alternative homunculi to give mine a voice? It'd cost 500 gp extra and would take 2 days to craft instead of one. Base price would be around 2.000 gp.
