After some discussion over a tankard or two, felic and Karnog decide that creature was most likely a shadow demon, given how it manipulated the light and it's incorporeal body. Although you do not know where the second one went to, you figure he is some sort of scout reporting to a higher being in the food chain.

It looked like squad they wre carrying pick, axes, shovels. there were a couple that seemed to be "leader' types. You gather there were at least 8 of the them.

Desmond if you are leading the way, what is your light source?

As far as the rest of the group those who do not have dark or low-light vision, what is your light source?

-----

Your group arrives at the crossroad and there is a small tunnel that branches off. Unlike the tunnel you are currently in has some florescent lichen but that lichen does not extend into the tunnel which the Duegar ventured. You do hear some clink, clink, clink sounds echoing down that side tunnel.

As soon as Desmond begins to shout a warning about a trap, it is sprung. Out of the shadows and tunnel nooks emerge stout stealthy duergar.
