So this, from the PF2E Remaster FAQ, just isn't happening? It's just full speed ahead with the books and it's on us to deal with, if we were waiting for a user-friendly solution because we thought it was going to be done? The promised method is just "email customer service"? I don't recall being provided with any additional details either.
We are currently working on a method whereby existing subscribers will have the opportunity to “opt out” of these volumes if they wish, and will provide additional details as we get closer to the release of the first two volumes
I don't recall seeing that they ever actually provided this opt-out. Hopefully this doesn't become a massive issue for them once they start charging people.

Our apologies for an update later in the day for many, but it does look like we will be getting authorizations in motion tomorrow as early as we are able. I have edited the original post to reflect this at this time.

I emailed customer service about needing to omit the GM Core and the AP subscription from this order cycle but I accidentally didn't put a subject in the subject line. Will that cause any issues? I know some companies don't open emails without a subject line.

My wallet is not looking forward to this month lol, but I definitely am
I have not received the authorization notice yet, although it was supposed to go out yesterday. This is for the Core Rule Book subscription that I just resigned up for about two weeks ago. Should I contact customer service or just wait?
They said they are starting today 4 posts above yours.

Authorization received. Happy that the mini's are off schedule from this month, wallet was about to rebel.
You guys ain't seen nothing. I just got my car back from its 100000 mile service. :-(

Gotta say my customer service experience adjusting my order to ease the financial burden was probably the best customer service interaction I have ever had.
Give them a raise. I feel incredibly valued as a customer.

The downloads for the new AP volume (197, Let the Leaves Fall) are doing that thing again where they fail personalization (both single file and one file per chapter) and end up showing a file size of only a couple of hundred bytes. The Core book PDFs, though, thankfully are personalizing and downloading fine now.

I'm waiting to hear from my FLGS on pricing for it. I'll be curious how much it'll be.
I ordered my Sketch Cover from my FLGS in May. The cover price is the same as the regular cover.
I'm surprised, I just heard back from my flash. I figured they'd be $99 a book or something. I'm happy to see it's the cover price. I'm heading over tomorrow to pre order them.

I can report that I have been remastered.
Unfortunately, some other downloads are broken.
Had wrong card on my subscription so initial authorization on 30th got declined.
Hope it won't push me to the end of delivery queue :(

I had a similar situation happen myself, had to cancel one of the items (it doesn't look like it cancelled the whole order) but I'm worried it'll push me to the back of the queue too :/

I changed card to correct one like an hour after declined authorization, but it's been 2 days and there were no updates for it.
So right now I don't have much hope to get my PDF till the end of fulfillment :(

I’m just sitting here trying to be patient and failing miserably, so many refreshes of the order screen

I guess it depends on where you are. Our local stores reliably have most books on release day.

Just out of interest is anyone else missing their PFS module for end of Oct?
I also don't have it in my downloads. It's not unreasonable that that might take a back seat to getting the remaster ready. Or maybe that adventures are done fully in the remaster format/ruleset and they want to wait til after the books are out to drop it? i dunno, just speculating.
