We are continuing to work through tickets as quickly as we can, but in general this is something that can happen when new files are released, but I have been informed the files that folks have been reporting have been updated earlier in the week. If you've submitted a ticket, we request you follow the troubleshooting below and updating your already submitted ticket so we have the best information to assist once we are able to attend to your ticket. If you've already done this process, I've personally observed folks report back within 24 hours after that it has suddenly worked as a general not. To that end, here's the troubleshooting:
The problem might be a bad cookie in your browser. To correct the issue, you should delete paizo.com cookies from your web browser. Instructions for how to clear your specific browser are available here: https://paizo.com/threads/rzs43abl?How-to-Clear-Paizocom-Cookies. If you're still having problems, make sure to try a different browser and disable any privacy extensions you might be running. Following the "How to Clear Paizo.com Cookies" instructions fixes most issues.
You may also try using an incognito browser to force a new session from paizo.com.
For folks like Yoshua who notice the personalization coming up with a proper file size: I've had some folks able to right-click and attempt to save-as to get the file to download properly in this state as well. We are advised that if this happens attempting to regenerate the link by clicking "Problems downloading this file? Click here." after having attempted troubleshooting.
After trying the above, if you are still having issues, we likely need a bit more information to help you gain access to your account. If you would answer the following with as much detail as possible then update your ticket or submit a new ticket, we would greatly appreciate it.
When did you try logging in?
What internet browser are you using?
What happens when you try to download the file?
What is the error message you are getting?
