If not, you can edit a world file from pf2e to dnd5e and it will retain maps, walls, tokens, and journal entries. But monster stats, etc will be empty and need to be populated by hand.

Same boat. Don't think I've ever had shipping take so long before. Feel bad for folks who don't have the PDF to tide them over but I've been there before myself. If it helps the wait, the changes seem extremely minimal.

I don't recall seeing that they ever actually provided this opt-out. Hopefully this doesn't become a massive issue for them once they start charging people.

As someone who often engages in society, especially in meatspace games, I effectively do have to, as I have to stay current with RAW and if I'm going to be passing judgement on rules, I need to have an updated copy of said rules..

So if you would have had to buy the next printing anyway, since each new printing incorporates errata, is there a functional difference here?

I have been looking throughout to book and I cant seem to find any other benefit of having an invested leader, other then the Status bonus. I’m I missing something?

Certain leader roles get bonuses to resolving Kingdom events (if that role is filled by a PC).

Still pending here, too, which is unfortunately normal for me. Very often my orders don’t ship until several days after street date. I feel a little bit like since I was a backer of Kingmaker and a subscriber to multiple other products, they just shoved everything into a side room to deal with all at once when they have time for it, whenever that might be.

Mine was just reauthorized with new shipping cost and a Blood Lords AP volume... So apparently it was being held to ship with subscriptions? Looks like the 11-20 days timer is reset with shipping starting tomorrow. At least I have the PDFs, but this makes me sad.

I haven’t seen a post from single person here, on gameontabletop, or reddit saying they got their PDFs. My order also showed invalid shipping until it updated just today with a tracking number, though it still shows as not having shipped yet. Unless they told you something was wrong with your order, which would have been in an email, it’s probably still in the queue.

When you order a product it gives you the option of shipping immediately or waiting until the next subscription batch. You must not have selected immediate shipping. Best bet is to write an email to customer service or you’ll have to wait until September orders ship.

That happens for me too, the page probably won’t become visible yet. But the Bestiary for 5e has (5e) in parenthesis. Pfrpg is the acronym for Pathfinder 1st edition.

You’re not alone. I can’t log into Paizo at all on one my main computer, so generally have to use my laptop. Just takes me to the homepage still logged out. I hope you figure it out. Try a different device maybe, worked for me.

The easiest place to see if a book is going to ship on time is checking the customer service forum. Once they get the October shipping thread up it will give specifics about timing (order processing, shipping windows etc). And it is the first place that is likely updated if something changes.

Hopefully news on this soon, but with everything that’s happened the thread itself may be delayed? Can’t wait to get my hands on this book.

I agree about this. Price is about the worst possible vehicle for these allegations.

What bothers me more are the problems that have been evident for years, with customer service remaining critically understaffed and people applauding posts like “We’ve finally closed out customer service issues from 3 months go, now ready to move onto 2 months ago.” Im glad things are in the open now, and a serious discussion can be had about how people are treated, because that backlog of customer service is not a bash on customer service. It is a bash against management that has not given those workers the tools they need to do their job. The only way to change or cancel a sub is to email customer service and they have to do it for you, hoping that product hasn’t already shipped? It’s ridiculous. Changing a sub should be a push of a button, not a drain on valuable resources. Even if every other issue Price raised is a fabrication, there is no denying Paizo needs to give their employees and freelancers better tools, better pay, and enough bodies to get the work done.

I definitely wish Sara Marie luck, she's been very good about updating on the international shipping issues. But I'll admit to being surprised at people who thought Paizo has good customer service. Some of the criticism leveled at Paizo now is coming from people who have for years white knighted these message boards, pretending there weren't any issues, even in the face of a forum that has perpetually been full of problems some gone unanswered for weeks or more.

The last three months things seem to have turned around, and Sara Marie gave many good and much appreciated updates. But acknowledging that shouldn't require pretending the preceding two years of awfulness didn't happen (first blamed on 2e's launch, then blamed on a backlog, then blamed on COVID). A lot of this was due to their grotesque system, which requires customer service intervention to do even the simplest thing, but some critical voices now were more than happy to defend the system then even though the system has not changed. I don't blame Sara Marie for that, a 600 email backlog is definitely a corporate understaffing issue, but I'm seeing in various places a really rosy picture of customer service being painted that doesn't match the reality. There's even a sticky.

I keep adding a card to my account but it will not change the default card. Every month that card fails, I get an email, I respond saying that card is no longer good and to use the one used the previous month, and it is re-run on the new card and it works. But this will keep happening until the default card is changed, which remains in place despite my best efforts and email correspondences with CS. All the system allows me to do is add additional cards, of which there are now three duplicates, without ever removing the original card.

Please look into this to avoid trying to charge the inactive card again.
