Yup, think I have finaggled life and will definitely add Mengkare if when the discount gets fixed.... After seeing it on the Gallant Goblin preview an a few pics I definitely want that for my shelf and table....

I'm vaguely impressed I got it almost exactly correct.
Still pending. Do we know when the January authorizations are going to start? Asking for a wallet :DProbably about a month from now. The street date for January stuff is the 27, so 3-4 weeks ahead of that date. Given the holidays, I can't imagine they'd start order spawning before the 4th, and more likely the 7th or 8th.
I imagine most of the actual shipping will be that week of the 18th to the 22nd, with the official start on the 11th.

Not worried about shipping. Worried about Authorization of the order to make sure Mengkare is applied to the order properly and that the discount is applied properly. Authorizations start this Thursday the 7th :P
Just checked about 30 minutes ago and Mengkare is still only recieving the 15% discount, not the 30% discount for being a battles subscriber. Thanks for the reply though!

Reminder for some peeps about shipping as there has been confusion for shipping in recent months.
Someone found that if you, at least in the states, change your shipping option from Cheapest Possible to USPS Priority you may wind up saving on shipping. Can't remember who suggested it last month but I appreciated the heads up.
I save about 5 bucks this month on estimated shipping. Remember to refresh your Manage Subscriptions page to see the updated estimated shipping.

Update!
Please note that the order creation and begin shipping dates have been changed to Tuesday, January 12th and Thursday, January 14th respectively. That additional time will give the CS, Warehouse, and Tech teams time to ensure a smooth and accurate order creation rollout!

Things are happening. Items disappeared from Manage Sub page, looks like Order Auth's are coming :D Confirming that my battles sub is still listed so looking like it will definitely be shipping later :D
People are freaking out about items disappearing from their Managed Subscriptions page.... This is normal, happens every month just before Order Authorization....
Order Auth is Tuesday and they will be added to our pending orders. I don't want to post in peoples threads though.
I don’t know what my most pressing IT fix would be if I could wave a magic wand, but that glitch would definitely be in the top three. Causes so much angst and unnecessary work. ;/

I agree 100%. It doesn't matter if the items eventually appear or not. When a business model is focused on monthly subscriptions, including new signups, it's completely counterproductive to utilize a system that can't provide correct information to customers. I can't speak for every person on the planet, but I can confirm Paizo's website hijinks has been a major turnoff for more than few friends and fellow players.

Hi folks, some wires got crossed and the internal software didn't get the dates updated, which throws off the displays for subs. We expect to be generating orders today and shipping in a few days. We got word that WizKids had to push the release date of the Battles release back so those orders will not be generated at this time.
The other thing that is occurring is an issue with communication between our software and the software for calculating tax and VAT. We are waiting to hear back on when the existing issue is resolved. In the meantime, a small handful of subscribers to specific product lines who's addresses are in Great Britain have had their subscriptions briefly suspended to avoid having the issue affect their subscription orders while we generate the rest. After the mass order generation has occurred, we will unsuspend those subs and set those orders up correctly.

If you are a subscriber in the UK to either Path/Starfinder Accessories or Maps, I temporarily suspended your subscriptions so that we could run the order creations. We will be un-suspending them and handling creating your orders separately to avoid some technical issues we are experiencing with the tax software.
I got my authorization notice for Abomination Vaults yesterday. Everything seems fine on that end.
However, I cannot sign on to my account any longer while using my Safari browser. It lets me sign in and then just doesn't recognize me, again showing me the link to sign in. I don't know if this is on your end or some sort of phishing thing I've got on my end.
Regardless, I've switched over to Google Chrome and signed in. It accepted me, recognized me, and hence this post. I even downloaded the Abomination Vaults Adventure Path from my downloads section, and that worked.
For the record I'm in Ohio, in the U.S., not in the U.K. Nor do I subscribe to any of the Pathfinder/Starfinder Accessories or Maps lines.
It's pretty bizarre. I'm sharing as much info with you as I can, in case it's a problem on your end, or others are experiencing something similar. I don't know where else to post this. Tech Support, maybe?

Yes, I had the same problem with the sign in, but while using Chrome. I took a guess and cleared the cookies for "https://paizo.com/" and that fixed it for me.

Paizo had some hardware issues and had to replace somethings.
Cookies in your browser say you are logged in, while Paizo's server says you aren't. That leads to your browser not being able to log you in correctly.
Solution is to clear your Paizo-cookies, see: this thread
Something is hopefully happening with the battles sub. Disappeared from my upcoming list as of today. Not sure if I checked yesterday but it was still listed at the beginning of the week for sure.

So the software isn’t playing nice with UK orders at the moment and they’re saving the best ‘til last so they can devote the necessary time to getting it working for us.
Yeah I got that, thanks though! I thought the UK orders would be sorted before shipping started but if that's not been done yet that's cool, just curious.

The UK subscriptions are still unfortunately pending. I am working with closely with the tech team on this to stay appraised of the situation and how it is progressing. Unfortunately the stuff that needs to be fixed involves financial and shipping code which is incredibly complex. Once it is resolved I intend to ask the warehouse to ship them asap since it'll will be a group of very similar orders.
Brilliant thank you for the update! I assume the issues were caused by Brexit changing the shipping procedures somehow but I'm sure the wait will be worth it!

I got all the UK subs reinstated last night. I am going through the list to generate sub orders now. When doing so we've come across a different unrelated issue where a small number of special edition PFRPG rulebook subscribers were caught in a limbo.

I started generating the UK subscriptions and discovered that one or more product doesn't have the correct VAT category. Erik K is helping me adjust that. Unfortunately I need to pick up my child and get dinner sorted. I will try to get back online after his bedtime to continue working on this. Unfortunately, with this being the first subscription month where we have VAT included on applicable problems for UK subscribers, it is slow going to make sure everything is being generated correctly.
Any idea what the shipping for the PF Battles case will be (just the case, no premium)?
This varies based on where you are, but you can (nearly always*) answer this for yourself exactly:
1. Go to the item by following the link above
2. Add it to your sidecart
3. Say you want to “check out” (you won’t go through with this and your card won’t be pinged)
4. Press the big square numbered 2 (labelled shipping)
5. Compare from all the available shipping options (for me a case costs $114 or $343 to ship but you will almost certainly be offered a cheaper option than that unless you’re also in Australia!)
6. Go back to step 1
7. Return to your sidecart and hit the remove all button
This may be the largest package I have ever had shipped to me. Not in weight but just in bulk size....
I'm a US Pathfinder AP subscriber and haven't had my January order authorized yet, not sure if it's related but I haven't been able to view my order history for at least a month (I reset cookies).
Authorizations for US subscribers should be done unless you subscribed recently (in which case sometimes it starts the next month for your first shipment and it will combine Jan/Feb as an example).
If you've been a subscriber for a while, then I'd create a new thread about your issue.
Fingers crossed my order ships today so I have some weekend reading material!
