Go out into the Recruitment board. At the top, where it says 'Recruitment' in big black letters, in the right side it also says 'Add New Thread' in light blue letters. Click that.
We'll take how to create a campaign thread once we get there.
Skulls and Shackles is a fantastic mod. As I posted before here, I'd love to submit a cleric for it :)
